I came in to this office for the first time as a new patient! They experience was great, Zella was taking my X-ray she was super friendly and professional and I saw both Dr Medeiros and dr Lakkis. They started right away and I will do invisline there-highly suggest!

The last horrible experience was a broken appliance in which they refused to warranty of the work and as well stand by "if there is ever a problem, just come in and we will fix it", held me hostage for previous fraudulent billing to have emergency work done (gave in and paid all balances-because what else are you going to do?), the emergency service billing and payment was demanded at that time (prepay) and was promised that there would not be additional billing. In my mail today? A collection notice for additional charges for the emergency service performed. So to the liars and unreputable office management? I surrender and write this review while I make the final payment, a complaint to the insurance company (again who miraculously intervened on a few other issues), and the BBB. Enough is Enough! I would recommend Gentle Dental in Newton and to run as fast as you can AWAY from Aspen Dental in Dedham. Literally, RUN!

Recently went in for a routine check up and cleaning. I was in and out quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everyone working there was wearing masks at at times and frequently saw ataff performing proper hand hygen and changing gloves. Will def be going back.

The hygienists and doctors are wonderful! Zela and Nadine were so friendly and caring, made me feel right at home. All staff are thoughtful and attentive. Great staff all around! Definitely a return patient!

After two years I finally mustered up tne confidence to go to the dentist. My brother referred me to Aspen dental because he had a pleasant experience with them for the removal of his wisdom teeth.

As soon as I entered the dental office I received a warm welcome from Shamica and Danny at the front desk. They were both super friendly and I felt comfortable right at home.

Daniel did my bitewing x-rays and he was awesome! He was personable and funny which made me at ease. Any questions I had he was more than happy to answer them.

Robin, the hygienist was also great! She took her time with me. And most of all very gentle. This is a plus because I always get nervous when my gums are being probed.

Zela another excellent associate did a great job! She assisted Dr. Mahesh with my filling. I felt so relaxed in the chair when both Dr. Mahesh and Zela were working on me. I have never felt this comfortable in a long time. All my fears were pushed aside.

Oh and another thing! Danny S. was extremely helpful in explaining the insurance details and my payment options. I loved that he was transparent because as you know dental services can get pretty expensive.

I wished I came here two years ago! Again, awesome dental office with an amazing staff. There are definitely about quality service!

I was in Aspen at Dedham to have dental work. Dr. Joseph was so nice and amazing! Zella who was helping with the procedure was also really great! So helpful! Great team here at Aspen Dedham. Highly recommend !

Terrible experience here. I was a patient for 8 months and didn't have one positive interaction with the staff or dentist. Dentist had horrible bedside manor and the desk staff was incompetent.

I tried to schedule an appt for a cleaning today and they told me that they couldn't see me for 6 months! I even had a lot of availability during the day during the week!

I switched dentists immediately and will never look back.

Don't make the same mistake I did and make them your dentist!

I have never been so disappointed in my life. My son came to you in a lot of pain and you refused to pull his tooth. The only other option was a 4 thousand dollar root canal. On what planet do you think that was a good idea. I will post on every social media network I can find to shame you. You have not heard the last of this

It was a typical teeth cleaning except for all the COVID precautions. They weren't onerous just tedious. You can't touch anything. They hold the doors for you. You answer questions outside on the sidewalk. There is no waiting room anymore. The hygienist was great and the cleaning was OK.

Great experience! All great people! Amazing quality! Doctors are great. Nothing was painful. Zela was amazing with X-rays. Elizabeth had excellent organizational skills. Great great dental office !
