Dr. Medeiros and his staff are truly a blpessing. I have had problems with my teeth, Dr. Medeiros and his team took on a big task, but in the end he and his team have given me a reason to smile. I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve used Aspen Dedham three times now, and I’ve seen Dr Medeiros and Celine. Clean, professional and friendly. Even had my sons wisdom teeth out here and they were all great! Highly suggest Aspen

This place is fine for regular cleanings, Invisalign etc. but if you have a more serious dental issue, I can't recommend them. I had a cavity that the dentist was "watching," which ended up breaking off. That filling ended up costing me a 2k root canal and crown which I went elsewhere for. I had to wait a week for a root canal appointment through Aspen Dental which wasn't even at the Dedham office, but 20 miles away. I was already in pain when I initially went but still had to wait. I ended up calling emergency services during the weekend but I had to wait for this office to open on Monday. I called another dentist office which told me they could see me the same day within an hour. Aspen Dental was fine for me a bit, but I had to switch dentist offices. Another thing, I hate being on hold for this office for 10+ minutes multiple times, there is no reason why I can't be a returning patient and book myself online.

I will never go to an Aspen dental again. I made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out and was waiting almost 2 hours after my scheduled time because the surgeon was “ running behind“. While waiting a woman came in also for wisdom teeth extraction and after checking in, the front desk informed her that the surgeon was looking over her x-rays and noticed that she would need another tooth out which would cost her another $750. I’m sorry but if the surgeon was so busy what was he doing looking at the patient who’s appointment was scheduled for after mine x-rays? I ended up leaving and getting my $630 refund, The amount that they said it would cost to remove two wisdom teeth after going through insurance. I then decided to go to a different dentist for the extraction and they informed me that my insurance covered the whole thing. So I really have no clue what I was paying $600 for.

I’m not a fan of the dentist but my hygienist Dana is the best. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. The office staff are equally as nice and pleasant.
