My experience at Aspen Dental - Dedham on February 29th was phenomenal! Kelsey, the hygienist, who conducted my deep cleaning greeted me warmly, made sure to wash her hands prior to working with me, communicated thoroughly at each new step and explained things clearly. She was very personable just like almost all the staff I encountered, such as Daniel, Danny, Dr. Mahesh S., Shamika and others. They all greet you warmly. The only blemishes to their record for me is the not-so-thorough insurance coverage verification and the use of my first name instead of last - sometimes. Otherwise, wonderful dental office!

The Dedham Aspen Dental Office provides excellent Dental Care. The Team is young, professional and friendly. Robin, the Dental Hygeinist, is the best Hygeinist I have ever had. She is personable, and truly loves caring for her patients, as evidenced by her commitment to teach us proper hygeine. She is an asset to any office who is fortunate enough to have her. Today's experience was invaluable.

I haven't been to the dentist in years! I came back ro Dedham Dr. Madeeios was great! He explained everything! Every One was so nice my Zela was still there and took very good care of me. I highly recommend this place.

Staff was extraordinary in both Natick and here! Dr Lee rushed the job and proceeded to rip out my wisdom teeth while I wasnt completely numb. While wincing and crying, He just kept telling me its normal. After having my top 2 done several years ago, That feeling was NOT normal. 15 mins and the entire procedure was over. I am PISSED. Lack of compassion for his patient. He should have stopped and taken appropriate action.
