Children & Family Dentistry & Braces of Mattapan

I wanted to share that I visited the facility the other day and I must say that their staff do a good job keeping up with the place. Always nice and clean, waiting room has a TV which entertains the kids while we visit. A plus!!..Everyone is very nice!! I would recommend my family and friends to come here..

The first time I went there it was great. they were awesome to me and my son... I have teeth pains/problems and was scheduled to have a root canal, the first appointment was cancelled by the office. I then had to reschedule it for another month (so I had tooth pain for another month!) and my appointment was for 12/7/2016. One lady had called me and asked me if I could come in earlier which I couldn't because of my work schedule and she said that was fine. 30 mins laters I was called by someone else in the office and they asked the same thing. I told her the same thing I told the previous lady who called me and she also said that was fine. Then about an hour after that I received another phone call stating that I must come in with $290 or they cannot do the procedure. So here I am again with tooth pain and not root canal and they will not call me back to set up an appointment, I must call them.
Does anybody know of a dentist who actually cares about people and will stop cancelling on me because this tooth pain is unbearable. I'm just looking for some decent and not someone who lies to have you change your appointment. if these people don't like their jobs they should get into waitressing or retail.

Nice place dr grieco, Linda and Roderick was awesome, they made it easy for me and my son. The doctor was super friendly with my son. And it was very easy to make an appointment.

The front end ladies are wonderful the whole all around great experience you can sense how everybody there loves what they are doing! Kept me well informed of what was going to happen at my appointment.

Children and family dental mattapan is place for kids and family, the are all nice from the front desk to the assistants in the back. They make my kids feel at home whenever they come here and they do a good job with cleanings . i recommend this place.

Yari and Dr.Wang they are very nice and respectful. I used to come here when I was younger and they’ve been taking care of my dental health ever since. I would highly recommend them.

What a wonderful dental experience today! Had a superb team (dentist Chen and his assistant Yari) were the best. I am coming back.

Went into dentist office today and had Dr. Fang and her assistant Yari they made me feel very comfortable and took their time on my teeth. Very efficient. I recommend you come here if your in pain with your teeth 😁
