This is one of the worst places I have every been to. The dentist people that do the work are great but the rest of the office is horrible they don't explain stuff to u then they go ahead and charge u before they do the work not making it clear with u before as to what your insurance covers etc. before you even agree to pay for your half. The customer service is horrible in the front. I willl never go back to this place I should of stayed where I was before. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone then I try to speak with a manger and that didn't help. So I am done. I wish I could contact a CEO of the company cause it is bad. Oh I won't even give it 1 star. O stars for me.

I HAVE COUNTED 12 FAKE REVIEWS SO FAR!!! These were people who placed reviews for Multiple dental offices owned by this same company. You mean to tell me, in a month these people went to see up to 5 dental offices WITHIN A MONTH? IN DIFFERENT CITIES FAR APART OR OUT OF STATE? 1. STEFF C, 2. MARVELI FIGUEROA 3. FRANCIS MEJIA, etc. I WILL REPORT YOU TO the BBB. You mean to tell me, 12 peopke went to three to five dental offices that your company owns? Some of them Even from out of state? Even the previous office manager told me to not come for treatment as the staff is horrible, but I had already paid 500$ from my HSA . 02/26/18 I got a call asking for a call back for an appointment. Waited on hold for 7 minutes, only to be told to call back. When I call back and asked for person who called him, thus new person couldn't even find my account.
