0 stars, for me very unprofessional, a lot of Gossip going on during business and the orthodontist is just RUDE!!!

The staff is very friendly, and always make my children feel comfortable at their appointments.

They have excellent service me I’m not a fan of dentist but children and family dentistry always make me feel comfortable and prepared for my appointment. I love yomary and Santa they very friendly and helpful. Shout to Linda she is nice and hilarious. Also can’t forget my doctor Patel he got me smiling from ear to ear.

Very Good, loving staff

We had started going when this location was still Small Smiles, and we had no problems before it was bought out. However, once they got the new owner and staff things went downhill. I was supposed to get braces but they had to keep delaying putting them on due to problems with the insurance. That itself is understandable, but the fact that they apparently said I had braces on my record when I didn't isn't. Then when I finally got them on they had it on my record that I didn't have braces. I remember walking in for a cleaning and the lady taking care of me was surprised that I had them and suddenly I had people around me debating trying to sort out the problem. Another time at a different cleaning the man looking at my teeth said one of my teeth had such a horrible cavity that it was almost entirely black.... It was a filling. I don't know if he just didn't look at it close enough, but the fact that he couldn't tell a cavity from a filling struck me as a bit unprofessional. The staff there are very nice, but some of them don't always seem to know what they're doing. These are only some of the things that happened while I was there. I give the one star because of how nice the staff is there.

I had a filling done with Yari and Dr Nguyen, and the procedure was done quickly and professionally. The place is a lot larger than it seems and has a little children's area in the waiting room. It is located basically at the red line trolley stop at Central, and has plenty of parking available in the large parking lot in front of the office. For the accessibility, location, staff, and text reminders for appointments, this place makes going to the dentist a much easier, less painful experience.

Had an absolute amazing experience with the oral surgeon at this office. My dental assistant was so nice and polite, I think her name was Ashley. Plus she played really good music During my visit in the op room.

I have been bringing my kids to this office for many years. This office is in the same location small smiles used to be but its a brand new office different people and different management. I love the change. The office manager
Mariely is very nice and sweet very proffesional , the front desk are very helpful and professional also. Dr Stines is Amazing. Very clean office also they really take care of their patients well. I myself am also a patient of Dr Stines. I highly recommend this office. I ment to give this place five stars my phone is just acting up. :)

Good they are friendly they make you feel comfortable, they are precise and take there job seriously and make sure you are not exposed to any germs they are very sanitized. Been going here for years!!
