I’ve been trying to get an implant since September. They never call me back when they say they will, I have had to call my insurance and figure it out myself. I’m no longer getting any work done there. Rather start the process over than go with them where they tell me a different story since September.

I needed to find a dentist to extract two complex rotten teeth. 1st dentist did not say that they only do cleaning s. Was referred to a new dentist, which made me nervous if 1st dentist could not do teeth pulling. Was greatly surprised by the increasing pain of one tooth. Thought I could handle pain. Was wrong. Was given anti bios until it was safe to extract the teeth. Dr did a good job & made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend this dentist. Just had my sutures removed & I am so glad the two teeth are were removed!

I am afraid of needles, and Dr. Navid understands this, and takes his time ,the first time he made me feel very comfortable, and I hadn't had dental work done accept for extractions in about 35-40 years due to insurance reasons by making it sound like toothpaste and simple things rather then thinking he's drilling at my cavities. I have recommended him to others ,I hope they go to see him. He accepts my insurance which is CCA one care ,and he is close to my home, both in the same city. I still need more work done ,but I trust him

X-ray tech was sullen and abrupt to the point of rudeness.
Showed no concern for discomfort caused by procedure.
When apparatus was painfully pressing into soft palate I signaled that something was wrong, and to stop, by raising my hand. She merely repeated “bite down” more insistently.
Then apparatus was pressing into my eye and again she just didn’t care. Never explained or apologized about anything.
Will never submit to x-rays by her again.
It was that bad.
