Great staff.. everyone is very friendly. I have gotten tremendous work done from them.. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The added bonus is a parking spot is easy to get seeing they are in the North Shore Mall in Peabody. Very convenient if you need to pick something up while you are there too. Thanks for my new smile guys!!!!

Dr. Navid is the best denoting I have ever had. I have a lot of dental problems and reviews your options. I have needed implants and he brings in very qualified specialist that can perform special training. I don’t have to seek out and go somewhere else. The dental Hygienists are so so good at cleaning. When you walk out your mouth feels so good. In addition their office staff is a Hugh help. They watch your insurance coverage and let you know what they cover. I had a hip operation and They even call me to remind me to take my antibiotic before for I go. I have had many dentists I will never go anywhere else. My whole family now goes to Dr Navid.

The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient; Dr. Navid is all of those things and then some. As a nervous patient, I can always count on him to thoroughly explain what is needed, what is happening during the procedure, and what next steps I need. I can also count on him for a good laugh too! Have been visiting the practice (and prior incarnations /owners ) over last 25 years . Professional and pleasant to deal with and my teeth look good !!. Only issue is getting inside the mall before it opens for an early appointment. They will let you in though a service door but it’s hard to find so make sure you know this in instances where you have to visit early. Otherwise I’ve no issues and would recommend them.

I’ve been a going to Navid Family Dental since 2016. I’ve gone for cleanings, fillings and even wisdom teeth extraction. Every time I go I know I am being very well taken care of. Everyone at the practice is so nice and truly cares about their patients. Sarah does my cleanings and she’s super nice.
