I am so impressed by Dr. Navid and his team and highly recommend them. They are professionals who go out of their way to meet the patient's needs and do it with a smile. I recently needed a last minute appointment ahead of an unrelated operation. Dr. Navid called me back personally to fully understand the need, and then cleared an appointment for me on late Saturday afternoon, to accommodate.

Navid Family Dental billing practices have become very suspicious and should be closely examined before making payment whether through insurance or out of pocket.
In one instance they’ve kept demanding $500 for a service never performed. I had fully paid for the services during my appointment. Months later I was suddenly billed another $500 for a service never performed.
Ive been most willing to pay $500 if I had a clear understanding of what service was about. Attempts were made to further explain details and resolve matter. “Tell me more, please give me some details, I can’t blindly pay for something I know nothing about.”
After over a year and matter had been past on to a collection agency, they continued to just send statements showing $500 due without further details of service they claim was provided.
In another occasion I ended up having to pay $300 twice for a service. Billing realized the error, but after a lengthy period I never received a credit.
Navid Family Dental, and ISmile Dental the previous owner, have both been an excellent 5 star dental practice for over 15 years and my having paid over $25,000 for various dental services.
I highly recommend, the hygenist Janice Landis is terriffic, the staff is the best using the latest laser dental technology. Unfortunately I’m now forced to take my dental needs elsewhere unless $500 matter is resolved.

I recently went to Navi’s for a hygienist cleaning with Sarah. She is just fantastic; both as a person and a professional. Right after, she spoke with my doctor, Tom McDuffy. She recommended some work. I thought I would return at a later date. Tom saw me right away! He was as fantastic as always. He and Andrea make the best team. They took their down time to see me without appointment or waiting. That’s classy and way out of their way. I’m very thankful. I can’t thank them enough. Harry

I love the dentist so I know that is rare. However I think Navid Family Dental is a great place. The front desk staff are welcoming, my hygienist Janet is the best and Dr. Navid is such a gentle soul. He is calm, nice and a great sense of humor! When people are looking for a dentist I tell them about Navid Family Dental, its a wonderful place for dental care!

Dr. Navid is great! I neglected going to the dentist for a few years then started going to Dr. Navid and feel so much better now! He is honest, blunt and to the point, not pushy. He was very patient with me considering my anxiousness and mouth full of work. He took his time to make sure he did a pristine job with each troubled tooth. At this point I’d feel uncomfortable going anywhere else. His assistant Andy was great too! I’ve always dreaded the dentist but he made my experience easier and as comfortable as possible. Sterile environment and professional work. I’d highly recommend Navid Family Dental.
