Dr. McDuffee and his assistant make the experience of going to the dentist not such a dreaded ordeal! He does good work, gets you out as quickly as possible, while being very thorough and as painless as he can be! He's also very pleasant and entertaining with his self deprecating humor! During my last visit just the other day, I was laughing up a storm while having some extensive work done. Now that says something! When was the last time you laughed while sitting in the dentist chair?

We were in for our daughter's cleaning. As they're poking around in her gums with the instrument the assistant accidentally slices open a gash in her top gum, bleeding everywhere and while she's crying the woman has the gall to suggest using novocaine to ease the pain, which we refused. After awhile of soaking it up with a gauze the bleeding stopped, and the lady goes, "We don't have to let the boss find out about this. She'll be fine." Terrible experience, we will definitely not be back!
