HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I've worked in customer service for over 15yrs and would NEVER act like the employee who spoke with my husband did! People seem to forget that as an employee, you represent the company you work for. My husband had missed an appointment for his elderly mother due to a last minute work emergency. My husband called the office to offer his apology and explanation. He asked to get a new appointment for his elderly mother and the employee became hostile over the phone with my husband, as a punishment gave him an appointment for the end of the month! My husband tried to reason with the employee and explain that he understood he missed the appointment and had to wait, but why until the end of the month? Why was his elderly mother being punished for his work emergency?? Well, the employee wasn't having it and hung up on my husband. My husband called again and asked to speak with the office manager and the employee then threatened my husband with the police if he called again! I cannot believe that companies are hiring people who treat customers like this to represent them! Needless to say, thank God this happened before we even became patients of theirs. We got to see this office for who they truly are!
