I had a broken wisdom tooth that was causing me more pain than I realized. I was able to book an appointment for the following afternoon. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and I was feeling a lot of anxiety about my appointment. Dr. Iebba was very caring and understanding and made me feel comforted and calm. I was able to come in the next afternoon and had my tooth removed by Dr. Vora. She was also very kind, understanding and informative and made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. My tooth was out before I knew it! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment because of how amazing the staff and doctors are. Thank you so much!!

Sonya was awesome. Very friendly and personable. I don’t usually enjoy a cleaning, but Sonya made it fun:)

I am giving the dental practice 3 out of 5. As a new patient, I had a crown put on one of my teeth. The dental work gets a 5 of 5 and the front office personnel I dealt with gets a 2 of 5. Had several issues with the front office. #1, I asked if I could get a free initial crown estimate, was told yes and setup an appointment. Shortly after my appointment, Delta Dental sent me an EOB saying the dental practice had submitted a $150- claim for a 'limited' evaluation. #2, after the initial evaluation, was given a preliminary estimate and offered a 5% discount if I agreed to immediately proceed with the crown. I agreed. Mistake, the crown actually cost hundreds of dollars more than the initial estimate. #3, I called to complain about the crown costing several hundred dollars more than the initial estimate. Instead of being told the office made a mistake, I was told that I was out of network with Delta Dental and was lucky to get the 'allowed' Delta Dental rate. Well, two minutes later, I was on the phone with Delta Dental and customer service said yes, I was in network with the practice. Bottom line, patients need to be given solid and accurate financial information when spending 100s, 1000s of dollars on dental work. I was not provided solid nor accurate information related to my crown.

I've been a patient for 20 years under the care of the Dr Iebba and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Friendly service starts with the receptionist Sandy to Sonya the Hygienist. The association has expanded and I look forward with many visits with the new team.

Of course, no one loves going to the dentist, but I have been visiting this practice for many years. Everyone, including Sandi Kaplan (friendly and caring dental receptionist), is always courteous, professional and helpful. As my dentist, Dr. Gail Iebba is great at her job and is very relatable. They all make you feel comfortable and you can trust that you are in good hands. All things considered, I would absolutely recommend everyone to go to Reading Dental Associates for their general dental care.
