Madison and Dr. Tracy are a great team. They took their time explaining what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Jessica up front made sure I understood billing charges as well before proceeding. The team seems to have great comradery. This may not sound very important but as a healthcare worker, I know it promotes patient safety. It was an overall great experience and highly recommend.

I always feel nervous going to the dentist due to my prior experience with another dentist. They always make me feel comfortable and even when I have to get any procedure they offer different options to make sure I’m always comfortable and my anxiety is gone.

I literally can't explain enough how comfortable this place made me feel after 3 horrible experiences at other dentistries. The guy at the front when u walk in was super nice and had a good attitude and sense of humor. The dentist and staff were very nice and understanding of my anxiety and would not do anything that I felt made me uncomfortable where as the last place I went to pretty much ordered me that I need to have a cleaning in order to consult. My issue with that was my last cleaning the guy cracked my tooth in half by pressing a pick into the center of my tooth. So I left that office mid consult and never went back. The staff at perfect smiles informed me that was not the case here, and they wouldn't do anything without my approval. You get a nice lil tour of the building upon arrival, and the facility is very clean. Theres a coffee and refreshment station as well as a bathroom with dental hygiene sample to try out. Ur room is called a suite which I though was a nice touch, and ur chair is massage and heated with a TV above u while u get worked on. Very cool place. I'd recommend it to anyone, but especially those with a fear of the dentist.

Great visit, from the moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly and so polite. They made me feel like I mattered and that my needs were being met. I'd terrified of dentists and the last one I went to couldn't do anything to help me relax, so it was so nice to find an office that focused on my concerns and wanted me to be more comfortable than stressed about my mouth. I would highly recommend their services for anyone!

Kaitlyn did a superb job cleaning my teeth. She explained the status of conditions in my mouth and answered my questions very professionally. I would say she’s one of the best dental hygienist I have had.

Southcoast Smiles is hands down the best dental office. I’m greeted by Sarah upon check-in who’s always very personable and friendly, followed by a visit with Dr. Patel who’s extremely knowledgeable regarding all dental treatment. For financial concerns regarding costs and insurance Kendra is my go to girl. She has e-mailed me detailed treatment notes and spent countless hours on the phone for further explanations. Haven’t been to the dentist since I was two and Southcoast smiles is the reason I come now! Thank you so much!
