Really great experience. Everything this practice does is concentrated on putting you at ease and in control. They really take time with their patients to understand their priorities and needs. Everything is explained very clearly. And no shame at all whatsoever for people that have maybe put off going to the dentist for a long time!

I absolutely love Southcoast Smiles. I’ve been with them for over three years now for check-ups and cleanings. The entire staff of assistants, hygienists and administrative staff are amazing and always so helpful. The atmosphere when you enter the office is professional and soothing. Sarah and Kendra in the front office are always so friendly and knowledgeable and answer all of my questions that I have. My dental hygienist Erin is AMAZING and makes my experience so much more relaxing as I never really liked the dentist in the past.

My family was seen yesterday for a visit. Marina was fantastic with both of my children! My son was a bit of a challenge at 2 1/2 years old but she did such a great job getting him comfortable in the chair and with the whole dental process. She was so gentle and patient with my daughter who got x-rays and sealants for the first time ever. My husband was so impressed by his cleaning with Paige that he even requested to just see her going forward! Dr. Patel and Dr. Shilpa were also so great during everyone's exams, so personable, gentle, and thorough!

Brought my 2.5 year old for her first dental cleaning and exam - what a great experience! I’d even call it fun. The office is beautiful with a complementary beverage station. The rest room has a changing station - very important when you’ve got kiddos in diapers. Erin, the hygienist, was amazing! She had a stuffed dinosaur with teeth that my daughter was able to brush before she got hers brushed. My daughter loved that! She explained every tool in toddler terms and my daughter was calm the whole time. They also have heated massage chairs and televisions on the ceiling, which is why I’m going to make this my dentist as well. At the end of the visit my daughter was able to go through the treasure chest and pick out a toy. Really great experience!

I was really impressed with my overall experience here. I've been to other dentists in the past, and I can assure you that this is the best place. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly front desk gentleman, who kindly provided me with the documentation to complete for my first initial visit, and also to complimentary beverages in their friendly and comforting waiting area. The hygeniest (Crystal) and the dr. were both extremely knowledgeable and thorough on explaining every aspect of my visit. They were also very outgoing and discussed all future plans to ensure that I was fully satisfied. They did a thorough checkup of my teeth and made precise and thorough recommendations. I did not once feel like they were selling me on any products that I did not need. Everything that was recommended was exactly what I indeed needed. I'm so happy that I found a great dentist that I love. I would highly recommend to any friends and relatives. You will not be disappointed here. A+++ service in all categories.

Throughout my entire life, I've always procrastinated and made every excuse imaginable not to go to the dentist. As to why I feared doing so, perhaps it was simply because I never felt welcome, nor did the dentist and any of his employees make me feel welcome and comfortable as if I was part of their dentistry family.
At Southcoast Smiles, the entire staff has been so very kind, welcoming, and friendly. For the first time, since I have joined their dentistry family, I can honestly say that I enjoy going to the dentist to see everyone who works there, because I know that they genuinely care about me and maintaining the very best health for my teeth and gums.

I have severe anxiety when getting dental work done. I needed to have a tooth removed and was petrified. Ally and Dr Tracy made my experience the best experience I have ever had. The day we were supposed to go on vacation my 6 year old daughter told me that she had a new tooth! Would be excited except it was growing in behind her baby tooth, which didn't seem loose. I called her dentist (not this one) and was treated very rudely. I ended the call with no new information. So I googled Kid Dentist in my area and found this location. I called them and was treated with Superb Customer Service. By the end of the call I was reassured that this is actually common and since my daughter wasn't in any discomfort they told me I had no reason to cancel my vacation. I made an appointment for the week after our vacation. Yesterday we had her appointment and the staff was just as good as the first person I had talked to. Each person there greeted my daughter with kindness and respect. They spoke to her as a person which eased her nervousness. The dentist was very reassuring and thorough. I'm very happy with our new dentist and made an appointment for her cleaning. Being treated with respect, for me and for my daughter is so important and their kindness was sincere and honest.

The staff is committed to providing excellent dental service. They are friendly and explain everything they do or need to do.

I've been going to Southcoast Smiles for a few years now and I will never go anywhere else. l never wanted to return to any dental office due to terrible experiences else where. Before Southcoast Smiles it's been over a decade for any dental work for me. The service has been outstanding and they really take any fears from dental work right away from you. Never in my life could I imagine getting an implant done. Yesterday Dr. Patel and her assistant Steph completed my first implant and made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment and made it pain free. They are amazing at what they do! There is much more I can say about this place! I highly recommend any new patients to come here and experience it for themselves; trust me you will not be disappointed!
