Perfect Smiles: Cosmetic, Family & Sedation Dentistry

Although the office is beautiful, the staff are great. I would not recommend them even if they were the only dentist around. They are very money hungry and very dishonest about what you really need done. I have been there on multiple occasions and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, so I have seen a few different physicians. I first went in and they did a filling, I was still having issues so I went back for evaluation and was told that it should have been a crown. When I went back for the crown another dentist stated I did not need the crown. Oh and I also had 10 cavities! Now fast forward 2 years later, I was having discomfort and I went back in, they tell me I have periodontal disease and need a deep cleaning, have 13 cavities, and I would also need a few crowns. All of this would cost over $5,000 (well first it was $7,000 then when I began questioning it went down to $5,000), mind you I have 2 dental insurances. I had a few family members also go to them around the same time, and low and behold, 2 out of 3 of them ALSO had periodontal disease and needed the deep cleaning that cost over $1,000. All 3 of them had stuff done and had to go back for a second time with issues. At this point I began to question what I was hearing, so I went for a second opinion, and guess what???? I only have 2 cavities and NO periodontal disease! I also did not tell the dentist that I went to another office so that I could just compare the two, AFTER he told me what he saw, I showed him my paperwork and he did not see what I was being told, INCLUDING the periodontal disease that he stated I did not have and was too young to have!
So tell me again how I needed all that work at this office but at another office I have 11 less cavities, no crowns needed, and no deep cleaning for periodontal disease? 3 people all under the age of 30 all needed this deep cleaning that conveniently cost over $1,000. I really wanted to love this office as I do not like going to the dentist like many others but after all of this I can not and will not go back.

I have been a client at this place for almost 2 years. I also brought my whole family of 5 there once we moved closer to the seekonk area. At first I really liked the environment which was high end and new.
As I began rebooting appointments they began rescheduling them without consulting me first. I would show up for my appointment and they would apologize with excuses of calling me or texting me to confirm. This happened multiple times to all my family members. I was rebooted literally 6 times in a row. I expressed my unhappiness each time they called and again excuses or emergency services needed.
After 2 years of this happening regularly I asked them for my records amd for a refund for all the prepayments I have made. I am still awaiting for my refund a week later.
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional with their moving appointments without consent and seem to be more concerned with filling up canceled spots so they can leave early. Dont waste your time trying to become a valued customer because you won't be valued over their schedules.

As a grown adult I've always wanted to improve my smile. And at the age of 41 I finally did it for myself. Dr. Tracey was absolutely wonderful!! I thank him and his staff from the bottom of my heart.

Probably the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Patel was warm friendly and charming and her assistant Makayla was on point. The procedure was quick too. I dont live in the area, so this was a trip for me, but I'm definitly coming back here for all of my needs. This was beyond worth it.

Shout out to Cynthia, Kendra and Sarah who handled setting up my appointments and Sean who let me raid the fridge.

Said it before and will say it again, the staff and facilities are excellent. Always a friendly smile and I actually enjoy going especially when I see and feel the benefits! UPDATE - another visit yesterday and superb as always. Well on my way to my own perfect smile! UPDATE - another visit and now that perfect smile is my reality! Loving it!

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The office is extremely clean. I had my teeth cleaned and Kate was awesome! I would recommend this experience and office to everyone 😀👍

I called for an appointment when my 16 month old son fell and chipped his tooth. They got us in within 24 hours. I was able to download the paperwork on their website and fill it out before the appointment, which made things much easier for us. The girls at the front were very welcoming and Dr. Joy was great with my son! She was very gentle and explained what she would be looking for and offered some suggestions for us in the future. The appointment was quick and easy, which is always great with a little one. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be bringing him back for future appointments.

When I found them online on paper it seemed like an amazing warm welcoming place. So far (as I have a few visits to go back to) It couldn't have been more pleasant. Everyone on the staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and understanding. As nervous as I am about doctors and dentists in general, I couldn't have found a more relaxing environment.

Friendly staff, Great service, variety of features to make your stay more comfortable, and they can handle patients with dental anxiety.

Honestly, not the best experience with this practice. Every time you go for cleaning you get a different hygienist. They have canceled my cleaning appointment 3 times. When I got a filling, the doctor cracked my tooth and then didn't own up to the fact they HE did it and wanted to charge me for it. The wait time can be long. Seriously I don't like to complain and waste my time writing posts like this but do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere....
