Had a really great sedation experience, every member of the staff is fantastic, Kim really helped me manage the cost of a total rework of my teeth and cosmetic options. Dr Tracy is very nice and made me feel comfortable after 10+ years of having no dental work. Very quick to respond to messages and an overall zen atmosphere which helped me feel more at ease. I also think I worked with dr Patel who was also great. I don’t have insurance but they offer a really good program to reduce cost which I had not seen anywhere else. Plan to keep this as my regular dental practice after all my work is done. Highly recommend especially for those who have anxiety around dental work. Overall great experience. Also was given a free prescription of high fluoride toothpaste! Just nice little touches make the place aces. Also if having sedation done they offer the full package, blankets, headphones the food network, really can’t make dental work more comfortable than here. I also had an appointment at Westport and it was just as pleasant. Very convenient booking and location.

Today was my first visit and everyone was so professional and friendly. I’m not the most comfortable person at the dentist but they make you feel at ease . The office is very clean and professional. Would 100% recommend.

From the second I walked in for my first appointment, I felt so welcomed by Kim and Cardryell at the front. After filling out my health history and insurance info on a pad (which was super convenient) I was walked through the office for a very nice tour. Kait, my hygienists, sat me in her room and on the chair there was a cute welcome gift! We took X-rays of my whole mouth, which can suck for some people, but she was very quick with the process, which made it that much easier! The cleaning was very thorough and she was sooo gentle. Dr. Tracy came in to do the exam, he is very very kind and you can tell how much passion he has for the dental field!! I’m looking forward to my appointment with him in January! Even Dr. Tracy’s assistant Britney popped in to introduce herself. Overall, I had such an awesome experience here and I’m so happy I found an office that I’m actually excited to go back to!

Absolutely amazing office!! Checked in was so quick. No wait time, escourted to my suite by Cardy, who is so great at his job! He always makes me feel so special. Kait did an incredible job cleaning my teeth, and although she reminded me to floss more (she's right too, lol). I then met with Jessica and Mari to chat about my needed dental treatment. This office is gorgeous, and feels more like a spa. Everyone is so nice there too. Who knew I would ever look forward to going to the dentist! Thank you all so much!

Let me start off by saying what an awesome group of people to have working together! Every single one of them rocks with such great personality and professionalism.
By the time I made it to Perfect Smiles I'd been through the ringer. I always loved going to the dentist, until this past year when I had to endure a root canal crisis. I've developed severe anxiety from the repeated procedures and pain. The Perfect Smiles personnel has helped to alleviate a lot of my anxiety and given me a hope that I will soon love going to the dentist again.
Oh and the patient refreshment station, bathroom toiletries, and new patient gifts are beautiful touches. It really does help make the patient feel like they are cared for! ❤️

Exceptional! Amazing service, great ambiance. The staff, from the receptionists to the hygienists and dentists (and anyone else I may be missing) are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They're getting me right back on track and I'm so grateful! I would highly recommend. If you have fears of dental work or just want a better dentist, this place is for you(.. If they are covered by your insurance)!

NOT AS GREAT AS I THOUGHT! I loved this practice when I first started going for basic treatment. However, I ended up needing a root canal which went great (so I thought). The root canal did take unusually long due to the dentist repeatedly leaving the room for long periods of time, to the point that’d she have to re-numb me upon return. Either way, now the tooth is deteriorating and unbelievably painful. Come to find out it looks like she missed a whole entire root and really screwed up the tooth pretty bad. I wasted a lot of money getting this procedure done now I have to see a specialist. I am unhappy with the service that I’ve received at that office. Disappointing.

Was very helpful. I arrived with a 3 yr old and a 13 month old and The staff came to my aid when the baby starting getting upset and also distracted my son from running out of the door with toys ! Did a nice gentle check up. We got what we had to do done and had a nice time doing it!

Had front crown done 3 yrs ago and couldn't be more happy with the results.
Just today had to have 1 re-glued because I bit into something I shouldn't have... totally my fault!
Called immediately and they gave me an appointment 1 hr later. I showed up early and they took me in early! Re-glued and out the door in less than 45mins!!
Dentristry is expensive and Perfect Smiles is no substitute to that, but they do offer an inhouse discount plan that covers a lot of regular stuff and gives 15% off oher work.
Their staff is fantastic and the Doctors are excellent.
I highly reccomend them!

from the front office staff, to the best dental hygienist I have ever had (crystal), dentist (Dr Patel) and the other gentleman who's name I can't remember are all very kind and professional.
I would highly recommend this office. First office where I've had no pain, and didn't feel like they were just rushing through their clients.
