The office is clean. The staff is polite and thorough. They all have good attitudes and energy. They explain things well, too. My grandsons are not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. We will keep going to Smile Fresh Dental, in Grand Blanc.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dental office. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the first phone call I made on a Saturday to request an emergency appointment, to the initial visit that happened 2 days later. The Dentist and Endodontist quickly and thoroughly diagnosed my issue and started treatment immediately. They were very upfront with the costs involved, provided options and complete details on what was involved in my multi-visit treatment plan. Everyone in the office during my first and follow-up visits has been kind and caring , even when I had to cancel and re-schedule an appointment at the last minute.

I have been going to this office for many years, and remain satisfied each time I leave. They have a wonderful staff that greets me with a smile and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. What I appreciate the most is the cleanliness and professionalism from the office. Especially now, they have been doing great in following precaution and guidelines which makes me feel extremely cared for and safe. I would recommend this office to EVERYONE! I was very skeptical. Because Ive had very bad experiences with every other dentist I've been to. My nerves were shot when I got there I was shaking badly. But once in the back in the chair I calmed down. The office women were very friendly. The dentist he was amazing. The entire staff was more than I expected. They've definitely given me a better outlook on dentist offices and their rates were very Affordable which helped matters. If you want a dentist office who cares about their clients you are in the right place.

I'm not one to write negative reviews but I feel it's important because I decided to try this office based on reviews. It seems like there may be a ton of new staff/management attributing to the recent change in experiences. They also mine for 5 star reviews by offering a free electronic toothbrush.
I brought my three children and myself in for cleanings. They gave my 18 mo a 5 second look and referred him out. He was born with a cleft palate which I told them when booking. They said they could handle the appointment for him. The dentist never even spoke to me about him except to say that they will refer him to a pediatric dentist. I had to come back in for work done. I requested Nitrous. There tanks were empty when for my first appointment. Why didn't anyone check? They knew I needed it before. People make mistakes and I understood but there was no apology for my time wasted. I came back for a rescheduled appointment. They try again. They tell me it's up very high, I tell them again it's not working. She didn't believe me, had me wait until it kicked in. It still wasn't working and said "If you're not comfortable with the Nitrous then I'll refer you to a specialist. I won't charge you for the Nitrous you used today." It wasn't working, I had to get a sitter for two days and she couldn't have been more condescending to me. There was never once an apology. I tried to express my concerns but she just talked over me and left. I went to checkout and they're was a bunch of small charges above and beyond my insurance coverage. I wanted to know why there were charges above and beyond my deductible for work that was supposed to be covered 100%. No explanation and acted like I was just being difficult and they were doing me a favor by taking the charges off. Again no apology. I would not recommend this office.
