I like the staff, doctors and environment is so friendly. I love Debi (hygienist) she is so friendly cleaned my tooth very nice I felt so good after that my sensitivity of tooth improved , Elaina is also so nice.

I had such an amazing experience here at this office. Everyone was so nice, pleasant and upbeat. Jennie the receptionist was so pleasant and so helpful scheduling my first appointment. Debbie was amazing, she made the cleaning process very pleasant and made me feel like as if we’ve known each other for years.😊 Dr. Ismale was amazing as well. She was very informative and was willing to answer any questions that I may have had. She has such a beautiful kind spirit.I then spoke with the office coordinator, he also was very willing to answer my questions and worked with me to make sure that I would be taken care of. All in all, I had the best experience here. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family. The office was clean, everyone was professional, Great Experience!!!!! This is the most friendly,efficient dentist I’ve ever been to. They make you feel like you’ve been friends forever. It’s great to feel so comfortable at a place most people dread going to. The hygienist was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable and aware of what she was doing the whole time. Also great conversations were had. I highly highly recommend this place!

UPDATE: Dr. Mark has done it again! Root Canal Complete! Thank you Dr. Mark! A couple weeks ago i received a root canal performed by Dr. Mark of Smile Fresh Dental (Grand Blanc) and it was a very comfortable/painless procedure. Even after the numbness wore off there was no pain and very little to no discomfort. This morning I was able to go back into Smile Fresh Dental before work to receive my crown and today's visit was quick, easy, and once again painless! I felt like i was in good hands (per usual). Dr. Mark made sure i was completely comfortable and satisfied with my crown before i left the dental office today and he reassured me that he was just a phone call away if anything feels off later. Only a few visits with Dr. Mark but i can tell he truly cares, and is really good at what he does. He and the staff at Smile Fresh Dental really make it easy to get quality dental work done. Once again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMILE FRESH DENTAL GRAND BLANC for any dental services that they provide!! Very professional, caring, personable, and knowledgeable group of people. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The Staff at Smile Fresh Dental Grand Blanc are absolutely amazing! EVERY TIME! I am a new patient at Smile Fresh Dental and have only had a couple of appointments with them so far but I am very pleased with the consistent care that I continue to receive! Today I stopped in without an appointment regarding concerns and questions that i have about an upcoming dental procedure with them next week.. I was looking to speak with their financial coordinator (Fozzy) who was not available today and I quickly got to speak with Sara (an available coordinator) who answered all of my questions, explained everything to me in great detail, and made me feel extremely comfortable, very informed, and greatly relieved about my procedure next week! I so greatly appreciate the information and reassurance that Sara provided to me this afternoon! I appreciate how quickly they were able to meet with me today (again, unannounced) and I truly appreciate their efforts to always prioritize my health care and make me feel like my health is a top priority. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMILE FRESH DENTAL GRAND BLANC for any dental services that they provide!! Very professional, caring, personable, knowledgeable and informative group of people. Great Dental staff!! Never thought I would say this but "I'm actually looking forward to my root canal next week" and can't wait to leave a review about that experience! Staff is very friendly. They will work with you no matter what your situation is. My first interaction with smile fresh was when I needed a root canal. They were very accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. My whole family including my wife and two children under 4 years old all go to smile fresh now. The dentists and assistants are phenomenal at handling the kids through everything and strive to make it fun for them.

I've gone to quite a few dentists in my life, but Dr. Manal Ismail DDS and staff are not only the best, but the most kind, as well. Even the receptionists are fantastic. Rudeness simply does not exist at this office, which is rare! They always make me feel so welcome and comfortable, even with all of my dental needs and problems. I would recommend this place above all others. This is probably the friendliest staff in all of SE Michigan!
