I'm new to the area and haven't established a new dentist yet. Unfortunately, one of my teeth broke and Smile Fresh Dental was able to get me in right away for an exam and cleaning. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I've had two visits the past three weeks after not visiting a dental office in some 10+ years (phobia). Had a recommendation to Smile Fresh from a coworker and I am ecstatic! Two truly great experiences all around. Everything from making the appointments to the first visit with Deb, an awesome Hygienist to Trish and both Dr.s, the insurance specialist (sorry I don't remember her name) this has been a tremendous experience and I highly recommend this office. I travel an hour and 20 minutes to get to them - absolutely no regrets.

Been going to Smile Fresh for 7 years -- when I came in this month for my 6-month visit, lots of new faces!!! I was hesitant about having a new hygienist after 7 years, but Shunta was AMAZING!! My best friend had her the same week and told me I had nothing to worry about if I had Shunta, and she was right! I requested that my next appointment be with her as well:) I love having consistency with my health providers. Smile Fresh has always accommodated my needs and exceeded my expectations.

Even the financial part was a breeze and broken down so you can understand services and treatment and cost. They really take their time and go above and beyond for their patients.

On my first appt they did a regular check up & wanted to schedule me for a cleaning. The Dentist (Banu) choose my appt time with the receptionist for a time that she said she would be free. The day of said appt I was in the waiting room 10 mins before the appt time but I wasn’t seen by the doc for an hour and 20 minutes past my scheduled apt time. I had asked the receptionist around the half hour late mark if I was too early or if there had been a schedule change that I wasn’t aware of but she said the Dentist was still in a meeting & she should be out soon, another 40 mins went by before they called me in the back. My apt was scheduled for 10 am & I wasn’t seen until almost 11:30. I had to work later that same day & told them that prior to scheduling the appointment. When Banu did finally come in to do my cleaning she was clearly rushing to make sure I got out of there “on time”. I can’t afford to lose out on work but I also can’t afford to pay for services that are half done & rushed through when insurance is the way that it is. I will not be returning.

This was such a great experience they did what no other dentis seemed to be able to do and extract my wisdom tooth every other place sent me to oral surgeons that were booked out for months I called them and within the hour I had my tooth out! I love this place!
