I loved my experience at this dentist. The people are genuinely kind and care about what you need. Went in for my first cleaning in years, and left feeling like a new person.
I should note that they do try to sell products that aren't necessary pretty hard, but they back off pretty quickly after you say no.
I would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone who has a fear of dental work or gets uncomfortable.

Smile fresh is great. Their staff are excellent and up to date in there fields. My children love it and have always received the best care. They do not take my insurance so I pay out of pocket for my care. Its expensive for me but worth the money to get proper care.

These guys are the absolute best of the best! I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, having issues with my insurance and being flat broke they were very willing to work with me. The owner is a total life saver! I was having an issue with my wisdom tooth and it was causing pain in my gums and throat. I called about 5 different offices and nobody was able to see me immediately. Finally I called Smile Fresh in Grand Blanc and they were booked as well, but still, they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule and have me taken care of. The philosophy they have behind their business is the reason they are a cut above the rest. I've never experienced such kindness and have never been so catered to like that before. I typically hate dental anything but these folks really made me feel like they had my back and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had in a dentist office before. I would hands down refer everyone I know to these kind people over any office in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to Smile Fresh. They treat strangers like family members, and they will take care of you better than anyone else can. Thank you again to the amazing staff!

The office visit was lovely. The staff was great. My 17 year old daughter left a rave review on the Smile Fresh website. So why 2 stars? They referred us to an out of network oral surgeon to remove 4 wisdom teeth. This resulted in the following issues:
1. I had to pay approximately $80 for a consultation that we didn’t want or need.
2. I missed work to take her to consultation.
3. Oral surgeon will accept 50% BCBS instead of the 80% “in network” providers would. This would have cost me around $600 out of pocket.
4. Now I’ve spent hours finding an “in network” provider, verifying coverage, and rescheduling her appointments.
5. Now I have to pay for ANOTHER consultation and the extraction itself.
Lesson Learned: Ask insurance questions about referrals—don’t assume Smile Fresh is looking out for you...

I had the complete works in Smile Fresh! My hygentist, Brooke, was exceptionally skilled and cleaned my teeth better than ever before. I then had both Dr.s replace filings and caps and both of them were equally excellent in applying their skill and also using a gentle hand. I visited Smile Fresh Dental in Grand Blanc back in 2015, and am still going today, as I have had extensive work done and I am very happy with the results. They worked with me when I did and didn't have insurance. The doctors are fantastic, TRULY CARING and the doctor herself called me at home after to see how I was doing.....does your dentist do that? They definitely go Above and Beyond. Highly recommend you going to check them out at either their Grand Blanc or Auburn Hills offices. Try them, you will see how beautiful and painless your SMILE can be.

Today I drove an hour to get my mouth process started, I have been struggling with eating on my right side for about four year now and only been eating on my left side! Today I starting this process on my right side at 8am and we finally finished it at 10:15am! It has been the most phenomenal terrific nerve-racking overwhelming experience. This is THE best place! I was asked how I was doing seems like every few minutes or so, how I was feeling is there any pain. When I felt anything they made sure I no longer did. This has been one of the most awesome experience iv ever went throw I got a root canal done and two crowns today. Still have a ways to go but I can finally eat using both sides of my mouth! I cried in joy when I pulled my phone out and did see the gaping whole in my tooth and I can put pressure on that side again! I’m sure I will forget and it will take time to remember I can use my whole mouth! But the staff is so welcoming and caring! I never plan on going anywhere else! Felt like a second home the whole time! 🤗🥰🤪🔐🚙😁🤩🥳😝😉
