I called Smile Fresh Dental because my 5 year old was in a lot of pain and her regular pediatric dentist wouldn't get her in until her appointment. Smile Fresh Dental had her in within hours of me calling them. They are all so nice, patient and very attentive to my daughters needs. They addressed all concerns and left us feeling relieved when we left. Also left an everlasting expression on my daughter!! We definitely made the switch permanently!!

The staff is awesome and personable! It was my first time at this office and it was my sons first dentist appointment ever. They were extremely welcoming and friendly when we walked back to our appointment. All of the ladies made it such a fun experience for my son and put him at ease. The hygienist was exceptional. I'm 28 and this was the FIRST dentist appointment that a hygienist actually explained every step she was doing and why she was doing it. Knowing what was happening instead of just laying there while getting poked and prodded was a game changer. The doctor was very approachable and also answered my questions in a way that no other dentist had before. And the staff was very informative and accommodating when it came to my insurance. I wasn't aware but I wasn't covered by my insurance and the office manager and the receptionists worked with me to figure out what could be done. I will definitely be coming back. I'm excited I have found a place that makes me feel comfortable when coming to the dentist.

Been going to Smile Fresh since 2015 and have never had anything close to a bad experience. They work with me if I have to cancel and make sure to get ahold of me when it's time for a check up. They have a text message system that IS NOT automated. The staff is awesome and most importantly, they have done exceptional work on my teeth. I'd recommend Smile Fresh to anyone who asked.

Let me just start about how I have an absolute fear of the dentist after having an awful experience 6 years ago and it’s taken me this long to force myself to come back and smile fresh dental in Grand Blanc has made my fear diminish. The staff is friendly and personable, they are much more high tech than I have seen, they don’t make the “sitting with your mouth wide open” talking weird and you just feel comfortable. They work great with your schedule and work hard to ensure they get you in ASAP in order to get you the best smile you could have. I highly recommend this dental office.

Decided to try Smile Fresh after getting tired of having to wait so long for appointments at convenient family dentistry in Grand Blanc. Went in for routine cleaning, was blown away that they took care of cavities same exact day after cleaning. Was in and out. Amazing service, amazing people, will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

My children had just started coming here. I originally came here to get a second opinion for my son. I loved how they handle the situation; even though at the time this wasn't my son primary dentist. They did not hassle me to change dentist nor were they pushy about it. The customer service that I received was amazing as well as them getting them in right away. I love the fact that their staff is outgoing as well as very professional. I just like the atmosphere that they create let alone coming to the dentist which most people do not like. I have nothing but good things to say about smile fresh Dental. My kids have been coming to them every since. They're always willing to work with you and if you have a problem they have an answer.
