From the moment I walked into Great Lakes Dental Care there was a professional and friendly environment. I was greeted instantly with a smile and checked in, waited less than 5 minutes to go back where Emilie was my hygienist. She was terrific, not only was she thorough and informative about my teeth but made me feel comfort being there (since I’m not a fan of the dentist). Then I saw Dr. De Zwaan and she was great also! Overall, my experience was great and I loved that I knew what I was paying out of pocket before I was even finished. So happy they are my new dentist’s!!! Thumbs up and wouldnt hesitate recommend them to anybody!

I’m not a ‘fan’ of the dental experience at all. The needles freak me out and the whole thought of the experience being about a certain anxiety. However I’ve found that with this team, I’m in good hands. They go to great lengths to ensure TRUE dental health and to make sure their patients are comfortable and taken care of. Hands down, best dental experience I’ve ever had. I would highly highly recommend!!!

You cannot go to a better dental office than Great Lakes Dental. Tiffany does such a great job with cleaning my teeth and Dr. Kragt made me feel very comfortable and explaining what needed to be done and why. Brooke went above and beyond to get my treatment scheduled and was very friendly. The office is amazing and from the start to finish went perfect.

My family has been going to Great Lakes for several years. We have NEVER had a less-than 5 star experience. The staff is friendly, the service is efficient and they are experts in every facet, most importantly making their customers feel comfortable. They are a family and that culture is felt in every visit. WE LOVE GREAT LAKES!

I absolutely love Great Lakes Dental! Allison is amazing and I seriously won't see another hygienist. The care and attention to my dental health is top notch. Not only does she care about my health but always asks about my family. The personal touch is nice. She is such a sweetheart and she never makes me feel bad for my lack of flossing! Instead, she educates me on the consequences. :) The staff is always so friendly and they sure do go above and beyond with everything they do. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Dental and have referred quite a few friends and family already! They too feel the same as I do! Check them out, you will not be disappointed!!

I made an appointment, got a text confirmation. Got a text reminder the week before my appointment, asking me to confirm. Got another text a few days before my appointment reminding me again that I had confirmed. Showed up, and they didn't have an appointment for me. Then they told me to wait 15 minutes and they would see me. That wait turned into 30 minutes.
This is now the second time this has happened. I have all the texts that state the exact date and time of my appointment. This place is a clown show.

When I was new to the area, I was recommended to go to Great Lakes Dental Care by a friend. I've now been going to them for 4 years. I love how I'm remembered each time I come in. If we were talking about a vacation, they ask me how it was - and this is 6 months later. They have never recommended anything I didn't need like I've had with other dentists. They also give attention to prevention by talking about any changes they are seeing in my teeth and what I can do to avoid any cavities, etc. I'd recommend to anyone looking for friendly, professional service.

I have been with this office for two years now and have had a great expierence since day one. The front desk staff is always nice and helpful. Whenever I call, always calm and friendly. What I could honestly go on and on about is the care I receive. Dr. De Zwaan and hygienist Allison take such good care of me and my teeth I could not be more grateful that I came to this office. After growing up with terrible childhood dentists it was hard to go to the dentist as an adult. They put my fears at ease and now I always look forward to coming in. Thanks Great Lakes Dental!

GLDC is a wonderful office! I've only been a patient for a little over a year and have a great experience everytime! The hygienists are so knowledgeable and kind and the doctors are fantastic! The whole staff is friendly from the time I arrive till the time I leave. They care about my overall health and have updated technology to address all my oral needs. I definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Dr. Drew and his dental hygienist are the BEST! My high anxiety ten year old was terrified before an extensive procedure. By the time they started, he was 100% relaxed and laughing with the doctor. I will recommend Dr. Drew to anyone, young or old.
