Brought my family of 6 in for a cleaning and all the hygienists were so great helping wrangle all my kiddos and so accommodating for us all. One of the many perks of being a patient at a bigger practice is getting appointments for my entire family at the same time. All the doctors are so friendly and thorough. We love GLDC.

First appointment, Suzuki was wonderful! She knows what she is doing, enjoyable to interact with and provided a lot of education. Dr. Drew is personable, makes you feel comfortable and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here more than half of my life and in about those 14 years i have never once have had a bad experience. From braces to an implant to all 4 of my wisdom teeth being taken out. I loveee going to the dentist plussss everyone is so nice and very good looking people! The boujee ness just does it. Keep it up everyone!

It’s easier to get an appointment and the availability of emergency number on after hours.
I had many visits here having mixed opinions. I had different staff treating me different ways. Dr drew was very gentle on my teeth with the treatment I had(it wasn’t painful like I had with the other for same treatment)
Ruby smith was like if I have A,B,C issues she would answer on A” but for the B nd C she says “that’s common/it happens/there’s nothing”without even having a look at it… i had to go back 3 times for The same reason which she said common and Dr Carey had seen me in the third visit, he saw the problem nd worked on it nd the issue I had for 3 weeks is gone within 24 hours.also he was the one that responds immediately while I contacted emergency number different times. Als he fixed my previous issues for which I had to to visit multiple times. I thought of not going back here before my third visit. But hereafter I would only go if his appointment is available.

My first time going to this place after moving. I choose for the reviews. Very bad experience. They gave me a quote on service with my new insurance but failed to see there was a waiting period yet they got my husbands quote right. How does that happen?? I scrounged up money for my part owed for the treatment and got it done, to find out later they messed up. Now I owe full price for it all. Hundreds of dollars. Had they checked everything I could have waited just 6 months and been covered. Never trust quotes or the people doing them. Beware of them upselling too. Everyone is out for money nonmatter who it hurts.

Nice Staff.. loved this place and gave them tons of business. A small hiccup with my insurance not paying for something and this business' lack of compassion and willingness to help fix the problem has made me go elsewhere. You guys had the gravy train with my dual insurances due to me being a disabled veteran but you have lost a good patient because you just don't have that compassion I look for in a healthcare/de ntal facility. As a single parent, an unexpected payment like the one sprung on me was not in my budget and your unwillingness to set up a reasonable payment plan is just disgusting. Money is the root of all kinds of evil.
