Great Lakes Dental Care

This Dental Care facility was absolutely amazing. I answered the phone and they were very cheery throughout and got me an appointment the day after a holiday (after I had already called 5 different offices). The nurse, Kerrie, was so sweet and informative! Very professional assistant.

Dr. Travis Kragt performed my wisdom teeth removal and answered all my questions. Him and Kerrie provided me with huge headphones and a pandora station to help me not hear any of the pulling. So cool! They finished very quickly and gave wast to follow, follow up instructions. I live an hour away and they accommodated me in every way.

I would definitely recommend them!! 👏🏽

All the staff is super nice and caring. Being at the dentist can be dreadful and the staff here honestly do everything they can to make sure you feel no pain and are 100% comfortable! I personally dont care for metal tools scraping against my teeth the sounds gives me anxiety, whenever I mention this they immediately put them down and grab the water jet and make the experience so much LESS painful or dreadful. Glad I found this dentist

I have been with great lakes dental for a very long time, and am very happy and pleased with the doctors and staff,never missed an appointment, but I had an appointment Nov.24/2020, I called Nov.23 at 7:00 AM to cancel, left a message on the office voice message, the next day I get a call from the office that I missed my appointment, I called the office right back and explained about canceling the prior day, I thought all was good. Couple of days later I get a letter from great lakes saying I could have been fined $100, but this time they forgave it.
Either they do not listen to their voice messages or someone did not communicate with other staff!
Moral of the story, DO NOT TRUST THEIR VOICE MESSAGE SYSTEM or it could cost you $100

I've been going to GLD for over 2 years now and love it! I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist and never really look forward to going in. But whenever I come into the office I'm greeted with a smile! I had one bad experience with a dentist being a little too....abrasive when getting my wisdom teeth out (mostly because I was awake and freaking out) but I voiced it with reception and they were VERY understanding and switched me right away.

I now work with Dr. Lingenfelter and he's absolutely amazing. I also have worked with Jillian, Mandy and Brandi from the beginning and they are literally the greatest! They all are extremely patient when answering my questions and keep me in a space where I'm not panicking. Let's be honest....the dentist can be expensive, even with health insurance. If you have to spend the money, why not with an office that treats you with respect, and makes you feel valued not only as a client, but as an individual....this team does it!

My husband and I couldn't be happier and even though we have now moved to Caledonia....we have not and do not plan to switch dentist offices. I would recommend GLD to anyone who asked.

I had my 6 front teeth prepared for crowns due to heavy grinding. I was very nervous about the shots but Dr Sarah Dezwaan was very gental and patient. The assistant Irene was great also she made temporary crowns that look real and feel good! I can't wait to return to Great Lakes Dental Care to have my real crowns glued in!

Everyone at GLDC is so nice and helpful! They'll got out of they're way to make you feel welcome, accommodated and meet your dental needs. The check out team is extremely helpful and work very hard to help you fit dental care into your lifestyle. I'd highly recommend them and personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

All the dentists, hygienists, and office staff I have experienced at Great Lakes Dental are pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. Going to the dentist is actually a fun experience 😁.

100% painless. Had two fillings put in today and was in and out quicker than a cleaning. Will never go anywhere else for dental work, and recommend to anyone who’s had trouble in the past with other dental offices. They explain everything thoroughly and ensure you are comfortable. Thank you!

This office is amazing. I was able to get my dad in for a crown on a molar that he had chipped and was cutting up his tongue. Start to end an amazing experience.

They are the most compassionate and caring people! Everyone always had a smile and a great attitude! They make you feel si welcomed from the second you step in the door. My daughter adores the hygienists.. they are so patient with kids, and explain everything so they can understand.
