Absolutely love this office and staff. They have also met the needs of my 3 children and I. They are very knowledgeable and tell the truth. I recommend them to everyone!

Love this dentist. Have used them for years. They even found cancer on my mom's tongue, thank goodness it was stage zero!!!! Will never pick another place. They are the best!!!

As of today my service is gone. I have been there at least a year and a half now. I choose a new dentist when moving here out of reviews. I had an appointment this morning, woke up super hot, sweating, headache, throat hurt. Literally covid tested myself while on the phone trying to reschedule. Was told to cancel would cost me $100. I told them then you can see me sick because I am trying to do the right thing. Once I said that it was questioned and I was told I could have just said that I wasn't feeling good. I was told they'd wave the $100 fee and if I wanted to reschedule while on phone. I agreed then was told no openings until February. I sighed and said you gotta be kidding me. She said call back when your better and hung up. I feel like this "covid,safety" that people keep hooting and hollering about is not taken to seriously other then screwing people of any ounce of money they can get out of people.

Very kind and helpful answering any questions. It is a very nice office. I recommend this place to anyone that gets nervous going to the dentist.

Great Lakes Dental Care is amazing! Everyone there has great attitudes and personalities. I am very grateful to have gotten dental help from this place. There is a young lady by the name of Heather who treated me as if I were family. Heather is AWESOME!! I will continue to use Great Lakes Dental

I started going to Great Lakes Dental Care 3 years ago now. I was in need of a root canal and heard great things about Dr. Kragt. I had some anxiety but Dr. Kragt and Kerrie talked me through the process and really calmed me down. They did a phenomenal job and I have been going there ever since. I 100% recommend them!

The absolute best dental experience I have ever had!!
I’m someone who put off going to the dentist for far too long, the longer I was away the more embarrassed I was to go. The staff at Great Lakes Dental Care was supportive of me from the moment I walked in. Not only did they understand where I was coming from but they made sure I knew that they were there to help me get through this and make it a pleasant experience. I have always been so terrified to go see a dentist, so for me to say I’m actually excited to go to the dentist now is crazy!! They have truly changed my life. Thank You so much!!

First off, they numb the wrong side of the face and didn’t even apologize, that’s negligence as they didn’t even ask for my name or birthday and thought I was a different patient.
Second, communication is terrible here.
Everyone speaks on their term.
Third, the finance lady are rude inside and out once I get her name I’ll update it.
I was told over the phone my payment was all set. I was told in PERSON I was all set.
2 times I was told I was all set.
Then I go in and they want me to pay 400 dollars after being told twice I was all set
The finance lady was unprofessional and rude, as all she can say is pay me 400 you have to pay. Like lady I paid you thousands of dollars, chill I will pay I want all my paper works before I pay since everyone told me I was all set.
This place needs better organization and please better people to work the finance,
You can’t tell someone they are all set twice and then say they are not all set.

I changed over to this dental office about 6 months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. A shout out to my amazing hygienist Kristin B. For keeping my smile white & bright! My teeth are incredibly sensitive and she ensured I was comfortable throughout my entire cleaning!! Everyone I've had contact with in the office have been professional, efficient, kind and courteous. I highly recommend making the move to Great Lakes Dental Care if your in need of dental care.

I was dismissed as a patient from Great Lakes Dental Care because I missed some appointments after being gassed to the point where I could not continue my appointment. I was left in a room unattended on gas for approximately 45 minutes at which point I became physically I’ll and had an anxiety attack and was unable to finish my appointment. I then missed some appointments because I had severe anxiety about returning. Fast forward to now and my implant that Great Lakes Dental Care placed has broken. They will not see me to fix this even though it was through their negligence that I was unable to return to their practice until now when I have an emergency. This is absolutely terrible care. If you want a dentist that actually cares about their patients and the quality of care they give them, DO NOT COME HERE.
