I was in today to have 2 older fillings replaced and saw Dr. Doublestein and his wonderful assistant Laura. They did such an incredible job! I hate having dental work done, and they made sure that I was comfortable the entire way through the appointment. They took pictures of the teeth they were working on and showed me them while we discussed what was going to happen, which really helped to understand things. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a place to meet their dental needs. They went above and beyond!!

I have been coming to this dental practice for 50 years, being one of Dr. Albrecht's original patients. Even when my wife and I lived in Califirnia and Massachusetts we would schedule routine appointments to coincide with visits to Michigan. We have lived in the Lansing area for 40 years, and continue to travel to Grand Rapids for our dental care. The reason for our loyalty is simple. We have experienced a level of quality, concern, and compassion that is often lacking in modern businesses. Dr. Albrecht would drop everything and see me after normal business hours in an emergency, and his colleagues have shown me a similar level of kindness and care. The staff is equally committed to the well being of the clients, often going well beyond my expectations regarding both my dental health and my financial concerns. Now that I am retired I have considered looking for a local provider, but I'm guessing that as long as I remain mobile and able to make the trip I will continue to travel to Grand Rapids to take advantage of the excellent care I receive at 44 West Dental Professionals.
