I was looking for a great dental place for my whole family. Hudsonville Dental has been a true blessing! They are fantastic with kids and even have a kids dental rooms with hall filled with pictures for kids to enjoy. As an adult, there are other patient rooms that are comfortable with great technology to show you your tooth x-rays. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared about.

Had a dental emergency and they got me in same day even as a new patient. The staff was super nice. I have pretty wicked dental anxiety but i felt as comfortable as i could be inside the office.

My daughter began treatment for a broken tooth in December 2021. Her treatment plan included an implant with a completion date of March 2022. This office has delayed her treatment for various reasons. She was to finally receiver her implant, Friday, June 10th. This time she was told the screw was wrong and another would have to be ordered. She was told to return in July. 7 months for one implant! Even with the delays from the Covid pandemic, this is an unacceptable amount of time for an implant. The temporary tooth she was given, did not fit correctly, so she has had to go with no tooth- 2nd tooth from front. This is horrible for a young lady in her 20s. So, here she waits. Many days of lost wages due to taking off for an appointment only to find this office ill prepared.

From the various staff members to the overall environment, this is a wonderful dental office. Dr. Benjamin Schell in particular did such an excellent job doing my most recent fillings--which I was not looking forward to. His competency and confidence made me feel at ease, however. Plus every receptionist I have had the pleasure of interacting with are especially warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My first experience with Hudsonville Dental was when I started bringing my daughter to Dr. Stephanie about a year ago. She had an awful experience at another office and was nervous about seeing another dentist. Dr. Stephanie was sweet and patient. She was great with my daughter. A short while later I decided to start my son's dental care with her as well. He was 2 years old at the time. He still doesn't like letting any one look in his mouth and work on him, but with Dr. Stephanie there is no fussing walking in to the office, and he's fine the minute we're done. The staff is completely understanding of him not being completely comfortable right now.
I enjoyed their visits with my kids so much that I recently started coming to the office for my own dental care. Again, their staff was considerate of my concerns and never made me feel uncomfortable when it came to my treatment plan or concern for budget. My hygienist, Jason, was friendly and took the time to get to know things about me while I was there. You can tell this office is striving for remarkable experiences.

I quite possibly had the best dental visit ever if that tells you anything! The staff there is so phenomenal, with great attitudes and will answer any and all questions they can! I would recommend going out of your way to see the team at Hudsonville Dental due to their quality of service alone, not to mention they are knowledgeable and careful to ensure their clients are satisfied with the work.
