I was charged $79 an “extra cleaning” procedure that was never explained to me and never took place. I was given the same cleaning I’ve had for 40 years. They then argued with me on the phone for 15 minutes about how removing the charge would be “fraudulent” until i threatens to have my family never come back. Then magically they were able to remove it. Scam.

This dental office is amazing! They really care about making your visit a good one and to keep you as comfortable as possible! I have had three teeth pulled over the last 5 yrs or so and there is no place I would rather trust to do the job. If you need dental work or just a cleaning you well not be disappointed with Hudsonville Dental.

I would highly recommend this office! My 4 year old is really shy and timid and she felt really comfortable once she got there and loved everyone there! Her hygienist and doctor definitely helped her ease her nerves and made her experience great!

I was looking for a new dentist and Hudsonville dental was recommended to me. I have anxiety and high blood pressure and they reassured me during my visit that during any procedure that they will use numbing agents that will NOT increase my blood pressure more. They educated me a lot in regards to my questions that I had. The office was clean and welcoming, definitely a good first experience with their office.

A great place to seek great dental care! We have been having trouble with insurance this year and the front office staff provided the best cafe I have seen yet! I needed a good dental experience especially for one of my tooth’s in particular and not only did the front staff do an exceptional job but I was the. Seen by the dental assistant who went above and beyond in reaching out to the front staff to inquire for me how much the visit would be! Thank you! And then when I was seen by the dentist he was very welcoming and saw the need I had and took the best care to help me that same visit! Everyone did an exceptional job. Thank you!

My experience is a little different. A month ago I was diagnosed with lyrnax cancer. I went to see a surgeon, part of the exam was to check my mouth. I had 2 bad teeth, one had broken off about 1 1/2 months ago, and it didn't bother me so I let it go right then. She told me to get them fixed immediately because when I start my radiation it will cause me trouble. I called my dentist on that Friday and there was no answer. So I looked in the directory for others In my neighborhood. I had know someone who worked there at Hudsonville Dental so I decided to give them a call. First I explained to them that I needed to be seen right away. And I don't think she understood at first. After explaining again the urgency of my call, she set me up for that next week. After seeing them and taking the necessary x-rays, I was told I had 2 cavities and the 2 I went in for had to be pulled. She called an oral surgeon while I was there told of my urgency and I was booked to go to them in 3 days. The next week I went back to HD and they filled my two small cavities and fitted me for a fluoride tray to wear 4 hours a day because of the radiation and what it can do to the teeth. This office bent over backwards to help me and both Elaine and Dr Schell were so kind and professional to me the whole time. Words can't express how much it meant to me and their friendly attitudes. I will be closing my account at the old dentist and I hope I can say I have a new dentist office.

We have officially switched dentist. I explained the whole situation to them and they promised me I would always be allowed back with my kids baby or not. They won’t let you go back with you small kids who are scared of the dentist. Than the dentist try’s to calm the situation by telling you she’s upset and crying but was brave. I have been coming here for a few years and I have NEVER had issues bring my newborn baby with me. In fact they encouraged me to bring my toddler so he got comfortable watching his sister. I should have trusted my gut that a baby tooth really didn’t need a filling.

I had my first visit at Hudsonville Dental today and had a wonderful experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The hygienist I had took time to explain everything she was doing along with getting to know me. My 3 young kids are scheduled in a few weeks and I know they’ll feel comfortable! I highly recommend going here for your dental needs!

Hudsonville Dental’s free dental day was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got my teeth cleaned up and now my smile is looking good. 😊
