Wow! Yesterday was my first visit to Hudsonville Dental, and I’m still telling my friends and family about it. Scheduling/front desk team were completely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. I am kicking myself because I can’t remember my hygienists name. She was so great and yesterday was her 30 year work anniversary. Her coworkers clearly spent time and effort decorating her “workspace “ in honor this milestone. That says so much about their culture!
I even admitted to them that I stink at flossing and The last time I had my teeth cleaned was p.c. (Pre-covid). I braced myself for a scolding, but there was no judgement not even a stern lecture.
My only concern is that they might not want me back, because I was the crazy first time patient that couldn’t stop smiling and telling the entire staff that I felt like I was leaving the spa rather than the dentist.
