Hudsonville Dental has restored my faith in the dental field! We had a wonderful dentist for a decade. After his retirement he was replaced by a monster. We moved to Hudsonville, found Hudsonville Dental, and now feel as though we have an amazing place/staff to receive care! I'd give more stars if possible.

So, I haven't had my teeth looked at since I was a kid. I remember my last dentist not using anesthesia when I got a filling and it hurting a lot and me shaking on the table. Here, everyone could have been so mean to me about my cavities and how my teeth look, but they were so kind and accepting! I love these people, and I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore :)

My kids loved Dr. Stephanie and I never had a problem with their dental practices. My issue is with the billing department. They had my address wrong, and because of Covid I had to cancel my kids' last appointment. I didn't know that I had a balance due, and never received a single bill in the mail. I received a few phone calls, asking me to reschedule appointments but they didn't say that I owed money. I also never received a single email, and even searched my spam folder, there was nothing. I received a letter from collections and called the office and paid my balance. Then I got a letter saying they wanted me to find a new dentist. I emailed back and asked why, since this was an error on their end. Even the letter they sent to tell me they wanted me to find a new dentist had the wrong address so I didn't get it until 2 weeks after it was dated. They claimed they attempted to contact me multiple times, which was NOT the case. I'm disappointed that their billing department can't type in a correct address which will cause me to find a new dentist, but I'd rather take my money and business elsewhere.

My daughter's first dental experience was at Hudsonville Dental. The staff took their time and explained everything thing to her, let her hold some of the tools and look at them before using them. It was very kid friendly and she loved it, and as a parent I was very pleased. It was a fun experience for her and she looks forward to going again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Schell & his assistant Elizabeth. During my whole process of getting implants done they went above & beyond my expectations, & they truly cared about me being happy with the end results!
Having them be the only 2 for every appointment made the process easier bc I didn't have to constantly repeat to different assistants or Dr's what my situation was.
Thank you so much, Dr Schell & Elizabeth for caring & going above & beyond in ways I could see & even after hours when I didn't see!! You two are the best!!
