I went here with a toothache had x-rays taken and was told I needed a root canal and a crown to the tune of 2800 dollars since it was the tooth before my wisdom I opted to have it pulled instead for 800 bucks, no sooner than I made that request the Dr. Came in and said wow how did I miss the other tooth in front of the one I wanted pulled, she then stated it had decay that needed to be removed and also needed a crown, needless to say that took me right back to the original 2800 bucks, I was not given a care plan so when I went back to have the permanent crown installed I had to see the dental hygienist for a cleaning here she find that I need some extra work done to the tune of 673.00 bucks, now I'm stuck with a crown that doesn't fit right because I never went back after filling that this place is a rip off, the staff is very nice while the dentist rip you off.

Very disappointed with the service and prices. I have no complaints with Dr Solomon. The other staff members are VERY rude.My husband went in for an appointment the other day. The Worst experience. I transferred my entire family out of there. One of the staff members RYEN needs a class in customer service. She is very rude and sarcastic.

i’ve been coming here for about 3 years now & i love it here! they’re all nice & welcoming. Netta took great care of me. Very professional & move fast, will continue to come back. Would recommend to anyone:)

Dont go here!!🚫🚩This place is a damn joke!! I went in because my tooth was in pain when touched. I got xrays taken by 3 different technicians because the first two technicians couldn't get the xray procedure correct not to mention the second technician had a cold, bad breath and coughing all over the damn place. The doctor came in told me I need to have the tooth removed, a root canal done to the tooth behind it and he would make a bridge with a tooth to fill in the extracted tooth. My tooth is not broken.I asked was there another option and he said no this needs to be done now. A young lady came in and told me the price $9,854.00....I thought for a minute and realized that this doctor (DR. SOLOMON)is a "SHYSTER". My visit cost $79.00 for xrays and a cleaning that I didn't get. I didn't need all that work. Got a second opinion and only needed antibiotics. This place is a bunch of BS!! "SHYTERS AND CROOKS"!!🚫🚩

Very pleased with both the friendly staff and the dentists. Came in for a consultation for a crown and they were very knowledgeable. Service was great. This will be my new dentist for cleanings and preventative services.

My son's experience was humiliating. He paid for teeth cleaning and the dentist never spoke to him. The receptionist explained that he needed caps and she would like to help him take out a loan for this procedure! I called to cancel future appointments twice and still get recurring emails.. Unsubscribe does not work either.

Called today for an emergency appointment today. My crown broke of while at work. Tried to get an exam for today as they say the hours are till 5pm on Sundays. Spoke with Loliana, and her customer service was horrible! Especially for a potential new patient. She Semmes careless as to what was going on , and asked what time could I come. I told her I get off at 330pm and could leave 30 minutes early to be there before 4pm. I was refused to come in.UNBELIEVABLE

Horrible, the front desk staff don’t know what they’re doing, I went in only to be told my insurance is inactive, I went home and called my insurance and of course it was active, signature smiles just didn’t bother to call them so they simply told me i don’t have any coverage. This was the most recent bad experience I’ve had with them, a few months ago my husband also had trouble with them because they didn’t fax over paperwork to the dental surgeon’s office and that resulted in delayed care and services for him. NOT COMING BACK HERE EVER!

Convenient hours and adequate care. Prices are high, but they also offer many "sales" which can save a lot, but I also find disturbing. Work seems good unless there is a problem. If something needs to be adjusted it readdressed they will get you right in, but they will only spend a few minutes at most addressing it. If it can't be fixed in a minute or 2, they will push you out anyway. If you persist on having them fix it, they will tell you there's nothing more they can do. Eventually you might be able to get them to fix it, but it will take a lot of pushing and fighting.

This dentist office has such friendly staff and welcoming smiles. The doctors are amazing and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!
