After the young lady told me Dr. Solomon wouldn't pull my tooth, that was the cherry on top of the cake. No antibiotics prescribed, no other options. I didn't imagine being turned down over money and my insurance covered it and I still had $700-$800 left in insurance money.The young lady continued to be unprofessional going back and fourth now acting Clueless she started getting snippy saying "well I'm not a Doctor" yet you set in the back room with me for 30 odd minutes going over my X-rays like she was, given me examples of why I needed the bone marrow and why the credit card was my only option. I told her I read the reviews I know you guys are pricy but I didn't know they were finesses. I got the same exact tooth pulled with state insurance and paid $140 out of pocket. She told me well priced change, the economy chances, so the tooth went from $140 sane exact tooth just on the right side of my mouth was $344 for my insurance to pay. I told her to just go get Dr. Solomon he then pretended like he was clueless if the situation back her up about the young lady not being a Doctor yet he gave me bits and pieces of information. I have since gotten all 5 teeth removed and I'm getting my left side done in a week. No Bone marrow was needed only if I planned on replacing the teeth (who plans on replacing wisdom teeth???) Oh and get this Signature smiles was going to charge me $1,345 and I paid $818 out my insurance. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Under staffed, over booked and I'm pretty sure they have fell in the cracks doing rush jobs. I never WILL EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Word to mouth is STRONG I will share this review on every platform I can. No one should be told false information and no one should be finessed out of there hard earned money. NEVER AGAIN. Beware if I wrote a 2 page review this is serious.

When I made my first appointment at Signature Smile I didn't know how pleased I would be with the service. My dentist, Dr West is excellent! He took much time to explain in detail what I should expect during my procedure. I can't say enough about Angela. She really is an angel! Very knowledgeable and caring. The entire staff works diligently to see that you are well cared for.

This place is everything that I needed. They offer payment plans, the staff is extremely friendly and considerate, and I got in the next day after I called them. Honestly, without this staff I would still be in the 10/10 pain.

To the welcoming receptionist, to the knowledgeable hygienist I had, thank you so much.... I’ve found my new dentist.

My first and second visits were pleasant experiences, I had a deep cleaning and follow up cleaning. My last visit on October 7th was a waste of my time and money. I barely had my teeth cleaned and didn't even get a toothbrush. More time was spent trying sell me a Waterpark and charges for a occlusion guard, which is $900, way overpriced. Very disappointed after having good care. I think it depends on who is on duty the day you have your visit.

I didn't give five stars because nobody's perfect, but I can say that the dentistry work I received from Dr. Solomon and his team is great. I have received so many compliments and statements that "you have a nice smile". People can't tell that I have had partial bridge work because they look like natural teeth, even better in my opinion. I would highly recommend giving Dr. Solomon at Signature Smiles great consideration to do your dental work. But not to mislead anyone, his prices might be a little pricey so check your dental coverage benefits or have some funds that you can use or get financed. But for me it was worth it. I spent a few thousand for a million dollar smile. And little do people know how much your oral hygiene affects your health. Seriously people your teeth and oral hygiene are greatly important in having good/great health and prolonging your life. If you can afford it it is worth it. In essence you can't afford not to afford it. I was not paid to make these statements. These are my true beliefs and personal opinions. Obviously the choice is yours. Smile.

Signature Smiles is my dental provider of choice. Dr. West makes his patients feel right at home. There’s no talking down to a patient and no inpatient brush off (not listening to patient concerns). Ron and Janay are a part of a wonderful staff. My dental needs have been affordable to maintain my dental care. I highly recommend Signature Smiles 😁

So happy with my visit!!! The Dentist treated me for an emergency visit the same day. My emergency was resolved and I was promptly scheduled for a follow up appointment. The staff is so friendly and professional. The environment was very clean. I highly recommend this practice.

Let me start by saying I have serious anxiety about going to the dentist. I have had numerous bad experiences that caused me severe pain. So much so that I haven't been to the dentist in 3 years. I had a tooth that was causing me severe pain. I called around town to get it taken care of. No one could fit me in. I called Signature Smiles and they were able to fit me in right away. The staff was amazing. I felt at ease immediately. Dr. Solomon explained the issue and my options in great detail. He was patient and very compassionate about my anxiety. The procedure was quite painless. Fast forward a couple of weeks for my cleaning appointment with Morgan. Once again, very patient and compassionate. My teeth were quite stained and an embarrassment for me. Morgan took her time and removed most of the ugliness.
The bottom line is I have found my new dentist and will no longer avoid getting my teeth the proper care they deserve. I can now smile with my teeth showing and no longer feel embarrassed. Thank you Signature Smiles!

i was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Very different from my last dentist! I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, even helping me to figure out my insurance. The Dentist immediately addressed my concern with grinding my teeth at night & I was provided an itemized list of expenses if I wanted to go ahead an pursue having a specialized night guard made. They take care credit too! Overall I received a high level of care & service. I also appreciated that Covid guidelines are being followed, makes me feel a lot more comfortable with my care.

Everyone in this office is awesome! They are always professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The last few times that I went, I met Dulce, the technician that literally changed my way of thinking about my teeth!!! She has such a calming bedside manner and is extremely personable and full of laughter 🤣 But most importantly, she is excellent at what she does. You can tell that she is passionate about her job, by explaining the process before she begins and the extreme importance of taking care of your teeth. She literally got me excited about flossing which I never really did on a regular basis. But after she explained how important it was and broke everything down for me so that I could understand, I ran out and got four bags of floss literally, lol I kept one in my car, one at my job, one at my home and one in my purse!!!! I am now flossing queen and my results were worth it because when I returned she was so impressed that my teeth looked so good!!! Particularly, she is the best at deep cleaning. A lot of people are afraid to get their teeth deep cleaned but I literally almost fell asleep, lol because it was not painful at all. So I just wanted to write this review to let everyone know that if you're looking for a really good dentist and a great staff you should definitely consider Signature smiles 😊
