Signature Smiles - Lathrup Village

Perfect dentist office, first time I ever felt comfortable at one. Dr. Scott is very good at his job and great with patient's. Angela was exceptional at taking notes and directions, front desk sorry I didn't remember your name but very nice. Not a single negative thing to say except for that last review tawnie who seems to have a problem with every place she visits. How's that go? If you have nothing good to say.....

I give Dr Solomon and his TEAM all STARS, thumbs up. Great customer service from staff, Dr Solomon really cares about his patients oral health....he goes above and beyond expectations for his patients. When I go to my dentist, I feel like Im coming to see a bunch of friends. When I come in, they all greet me and ask me how things going and even remember things from months back. During procedures, I had 2 teeth extractions, I was all nervous and worked up 2 weeks before the procedure; however, during the procedure, I felt relaxed because DR Solomon and his tech chatted and joked with me to where I just felt relaxed and they talked me through the whole procedure. I feel like I can go anytime for teeth extraction. I was so comfortable, I can jump in a chair and ready to go.....but of course I want all my teeth. Great Place, Great personalities, very very very clean. I LOVE Signature Smiles.

Signature Smiles is top notch all the way! I was greeted by name as I walked through the front door and offered a beverage. The wonderful front desk staff was very pleasant and made me feel like I was important and not not just a number. When the clinical staff took my back they were very patient with me and took every step to ensure that my experience was a great one! Dr. Solomon was excellent! He was so gentle and my dental procedure was totally pain free just like he promised. He lived up to my every expectation and then some! The office offers super convenient hours. They are open in the evening and also on the weekends, I can come in 7 days a week! Which is totally unheard of. I will continue to refer all my family members and also my friends! This place is the place to go for anything dental!

Ron who is on the front desk is very professional and will do his best to help you with any treatment plan cost and more!

Iesha who is an assistant is absolutely the best and I love her. Polite, professional and takes good care of you!

Dr. West is simply the best dentist ever. He is professional in all aspects, love him!

Corine the hygienist, knows her stuff! She is good and thorough, explains procedures. You leave feeling like job “well” done!

Signature Smiles in my opinion need a manager that is experienced in customer service. I’m a long time customer of signature smiles and currently in orthodontics treatment. The front-line staff have changed over the course of my treatment and I feel their conduct is unprofessional, to the point of harassment. Currently, I’m waiting for the orthodontist or office manager to contact me due to an experience with the front line staff. I’ve been waiting 1 month to hear back from Signature Smiles. Each week I call and ask to speak with the office manager or orthodontist and to no avail. Currently I’m considering a lawsuit for breach of contract due to my treatment being paid in full and my teeth are still not straight. It is my hope that the owner review the reviews that are here and follow up with me soon.

This post is an update to my first post regarding Signature Smiles.
Signature Smiles followed up with me on my comment and apologized on how I was made to feel; since then, I have a new perspective on my experience and looking forward to my next visit. In my opinion, I believe reviews are designed to give the business an opportunity to learn and grow their business. With that said, Signature Smiles stepped up with accountability and I’m still a patient and will recommend their services to my family.

Ariel working at the desk today was lovely and very helpful especially with my 3 year old daughter who was very anxious. However I had a very bad experience with the dentist assistant Angela. She was extremely rude to not only my daughter and I but her coworker as well. You simply don't treat people like that. If you don't like you're job find something different, Don't treat clients or coworkers that way, Especially right in front of others. It just shows you simply don't care and couldn't be bothered too.

My favorite dentist office! I love Dr George Westphalen he makes sure I don’t feel anything but the normal pressure if I’m getting a tooth pulled! He’s very patient and make sure I’m knowledgeable about everything going on. Dawn is amazing also if I don’t get her as a assistant i request her! Love this office and wouldn’t go anywhere different.

I'm so glad I chose Signature Smiles for my recent dental exam and cleaning. The office is bright and clean. The staff was professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was honestly the best dental office visit I have experienced. I will refer all my family and friends to Dr. Solomon and his team.

It's VERY convenient that they open 7 days. My son cracked his incisors on Saturday night, our pediatric dentist won't even answer the phone call until Monday. But I could easily make an appointment with signature smile on their website at night for the next morning. We saw the dentist as early as Sunday 8am. For a Mom, this means a lot！ And Dr. Clara is awesome!

I really liked this office until they treated me like I wasn't a loyal patient. I really believe customer service is important especially when it comes to working on someone’s body or in this case their teeth. In 2017 I got a root canal by Dr. Jeffrey Solomon. It was a $2k+ surgery. Later that year I started having some pain. in that tooth mostly sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures. I went back to the office and they told me there was nothing they could do but they directed me to a root canal specialist. The specialist said the root canal was done incorrectly and that all of the nerve was not removed which is why i still feel temperature. I asked Signature smiles to cover the cost to get the retreatment done and they ignored me on several attempts. I went to another specialist and they gave me the same feedback. This time I had my lawyer reach out and once again no response. Now I have been quoted a price to get a new surgery by the specialist which is close to the same amount that i originally paid. ($2k). As a longtime patient, I was disappointed that they did not try to correct their wrong. I am still in pain and had the surgery been done right the first time or corrected by signature smiles I would still be a patient there. But the way it was handled was dead wrong.
