It’s been a really long since I’ve been to the dentist so I was super nervous , Don and the other staff made all that go away. I had an great first time back

They over book which leaves you waiting too be seen. This has happen the last two times I have come in for a visit. The work is good, the scheduling is terrible.

I had the worse experience ever with them Saturday December 9th. I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was put into the chair, numbed, and then the "doctor" started to pull and push on my tooth. After 15 minutes he stated "what I'm gonna do is refer you to a specialist because your teeth aren't moving at all." Then he handed me a mirror so I could see him describe the following. He goes on by saying "you have a lot of bone around the tooth, see how the gums stick out? We can't get the tooth." I could not say anything back because my entire face was numb. Could not swallow my own saliva or blood which they did not help me with. No gauze pad for the mouth or anything, meanwhile I'm thinking to myself: "if you can visibly see my gums in such condition, why would you even start the procedure in the first place?"

Every time I signaled for pen and paper to write my thoughts, the response was "just Talk". So unprofessional. And i will not be returning.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this office. I had a root canal done a couple years ago and the dentist left a piece of instrument in my gums. I had to have a specialist redo my root canal and Signature Smile wouldn’t even take the fee of fitting my crown( a crown that was never placed in my mouth) away after I had to go elsewhere and pay for another crown. I’ve called multiples times recently to get this resolved but the office manager is avoiding all calls and won’t speak to me. I would be very cautious if you’re going for anything other than a cleaning!

I made an appt online for 8/31/19 at 1030am. I got there and doors were lock. I did not receive a phone call that they would be close this weekend. They are 7 days a week and I understand it's the holiday weekend but a call or at least have it online were you can't make appointments this weekend should have been on there

Oh yeah... the dental care is also top notch and uses current technology. I would highly recommend Dr. Solomon.

It was an excellent experience at this place from beginning to end was very super professional team. I would highly recommend this place the prices are very affordable and offer a variety of different Services for finances. They also did an excellent job at explaining each of those services in detail they offered. My exam was fast and the whole visit was a success.

Dr. Solomon and his staff are true professionals, very competent in their skills, and the providers of a 5 Star dental experience. I intend to become a permanent member of their patient family.

The work they done on my teeth was great but them explaining the cost for the work was not so good with me. I no i asked the lady that the one cost would cover the whole work and come the second day I got hit with a second charge.

i recently went in for teeth extraction and the staff and Dr. Karana were just great the procedure was over before i knew it i will be recommending them to my family and friends if your a big baby going to the dentist go here they are wonderful!
