Overall great experience! Doc was straight to the point, no bs kind of guy. The dental assistant I had was very kind and caring. Even held my hand when she could sense I was nervous.

Bad stuff and good stuff.
Bad stuff: I went in with tooth pain, and after x-rays and a thorough exam I was told by Dr Globa I would need a root canal, I said I didn't want a root canal, was there something else that could be done? he said we could pull the tooth and add a bridge. This seemed extreme to me, but he said the tooth was too far gone for a simple filling. After a $5,000 quote, I decided to get a second opinion. The next dentist I saw said the suggestion of even a root canal was absurd. They drilled out the cavity which they said was simple, filled it with a temporary filling to decrease sensitivity and infection, and I'll get a permanent filling in 6-8 weeks. This cost $240.
Good stuff: new patient exam was free and the x-rays were extensive. Everyone was super friendly, and Dr Globa had wonderful bedside manners and listened to everything I had to say. Despite an awful diagnosis, everyone was friendly! Too bad that's not what counts when it comes to teeth.

On a Friday night as I was brushing my teeth a front crown fell off. I looked online and found the only dental office open on Saturday. I decided to show up at there office to see if they could please squeeze me in. Dr Lee was able to see me, set my crown and I was in and out in less than a hour. So grateful for Aspen Denta!

The assistant Matt was very helpful and did all that he could to make me feel comfortable despite having a bad wisdom tooth and being in pain. The staff was also very helpful in understanding what needed to be done in the future. I highly recommend going to this office.

Refused to see me when I was looking for a second opinion from an ongoing issue. The office staff left a voicemail the night before my appointment with no reason as to why they cancelled my appointment. Arrived the morning of to be told that I could not be seen because I already had a referral to an Endodontist and that the Doctor would not see me even for a second opinion. Extremely unsatisfied in their communication with patients!

The first visit was great. After that, I have not been very satisfied with the care given by Aspen Dental. Each time I go back the staff has changed. I've always had great service from the Doctor, but that's also changed. I would not recommend Aspen Dental.
