My husband and I both had appointments on the same day, at this office they did as they promised x-rays and exam for no charge.
The after care here is were it all went bad, my husband has had a transplant the dentist said he was high risk and referred my husband to a specialist in the area... when my husband went to make an appointment with the referred office it was no longer in practice .
Okay maybe not there problem..
I had a follow up appointment for some dental work, the office called and rescheduled due to an emergency with the dentist... okay...
Another appointment was made I traveled 90 miles on a snowy day for this appointment only to find out the office was closed due to a busted pipe...
Okay!
A phone call would have been nice but I guess what I'm the most upset about is that I still have not heard anything from this office to rescheduled my appointment and the office has been reopened
Guess I'm moving on to a dentist that appreciates there patients.

Ive been to a dentist once when I was a child and never went back. They scare me! A few years ago however I lost part of my tooth. It was fine, until a few days ago. I couldnt get the pain to go away. And it was SEVERE pain. I gathered my courage and started calling around. NO ONE in Marquette County would see me for an emergency. I was told to avoid Aspin! But they were all I had left to call. First thing I noticed was the lady who did my appointment. She was very sweet, and understanding. (I actually got laughed at by some of the others.) Imagine that while in severe pain. She got me in that day. Afraid, but in so much pain, I wasnt sure what to expect. THE ENTIRE STAFF were understanding, kind, took care of me with kid gloves. (Im almost 40!) They made me feel safe, didnt push anything extra on me. Doc took one look and said it had to come out. "It'll be quick" he says. I was scared, but they assured me I had this. Told me what to expect. And even held my hand. By the time it was over, (and it was quick.) I immediately felt better. ALL of you are my tooth angels!! Thank you, for taking such great care of me. I dont know how some people had bad experiences, I didn't, not even a little! You were there for me during a very vulnerable time. But you didnt take advantage of me, and you exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful for each and everyone of you. Even while you were busy...non of you lowered your kindness or your positive attitude. I will definitely come back, (Im still hoping never...haha!) But the way you handled me, your sweet kindness. I will never forget. Im recovering well, with a little pain. But nothing like it was before I came! All of you are top notch, amazing, wonderful people! Thank you all so much! I have had such a great experience here! I typically dread the dentist but everyone made sure it was comfortable & painless. The office manager, Bronson, was very helpful at the end of my visit to make sure I was satisfied & ready for my next appointment. Glad I found a dentist I like!

This is the BEST dentist I have ever visited. They are warm and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable in the office and with the work that will be done. I had stage 3 cervical cancer did chemo and radiation my teeth took a big hit. They made sure I could smile again and feel good about it.

They were great and found me affordable options for payment.

My new patient appointment was filled with X-rays, a 360 scan, and 3D imaging of my mouth. The staff was friendly and gentle except for one gentleman who said, “you look bored” while I was waiting in the exam room. I did have to wait a while for the doctor at the end but he was worth it, he was professional and was friendly. I would have given 5 stars if the staff had informed me more about what they were doing and why. I had to ask a lot of questions. I felt satisfied enough to schedule a cleaning.

Honestly the worst dentist I’ve ever dealt with. I went in to get a tooth pulled, but he said he needed to pull almost all my upper teeth and give me dentures. During the procedure he acted like I was a sissy for wanting a topical anesthetic before getting a needle in my gums, he ripped the teeth out with pliers and damaged my jaw structure, gave me dentures that didn’t even fit my mouth and just told me my mouth would adapt, it never did and I had to throw them away. Got a bill later saying they no longer accept my insurance and now I have to pay for the procedure and dentures out of pocket and they won’t make me a proper fitting set of dentures until I pay for the previous bill plus the cost of the new dentures out of pocket. Absolute nightmare.

Dr O stayed the course to complete a long procedure. Very pleased with his attention to detail and correctness. Involved me in the decision making process.

I found the staff to be efficient, professional and courteous. The financial person did not identify himself or identify me , he callously told a disabled person that their teeth would be near 6000$ and while I was in a stupor he tried to get me to pay and make an appointment. I was in a lot of pain and very anxious.

Alex does a wonderful job! It’s always a pleasure to see her. Additionally, I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Aspen Dental and their team of hygienists and dentists. I’ve never had an issue and I’ve been going there twice a year for the past four years.
