I'm with Edward Stacy below, and the same age, 68! I waited for 2 years, scheduled with a Petoskey surgeon three times referred by my old dentist who provided no impressions when it came time for the procedure to remove 3 roots from rotted teeth, 3 rotted teeth and two decaying, all the bottom, all leaking toxic poisons daily and offering up a daily sore throat. I scheduled an appointment with Aspen Dental last fall. Several X-Rays were taken and in early Dec I met Doc Golba! I liked his self confidence and agility, the youngest dentist I've had in my lifetime. In one visit, the lower problem no longer existed and soon I'd no longer wake with a sore throat. After the normal 6 month wait for my lower jaw bone to heal from placed implants, I visited again a week ago. Through Doc's wife C-Section and new baby who he rushed to Green Bay because of a skull fracture, he worked between and through it all! Yep,, I learned of the newborn while there as he adeptly completed the job he started 6 months previous; an appointment I would have rescheduled if aware of his circumstances. This young guy is a 10 on a 5 point scale!

After calling around my local area for emergency dental care, my wife expanded the search and found your location. Your office was able to see me on a Saturday afternoon, so we drove the two hours to get there.
Your office and the staff on call were fantastic. The extraction was quick and painless. The post visit discomfort was very minor and didn't last long at all.
Considering none of my local offices here in Wakefield returned any of my voicemails, I would consider it well worth the drive to your office again for future checkups.
Thank you all for the pleasant experience...considering the circumstances.

Absolutely wonderful, the first words out of the Dentist's mouth were "I am not here to sell you a pair of dentures; if you don't need them, but, if you do need them, I'm going to see that any dentures I sell you; are the best ones for you, not some expensive model of the month, we happen to be pushing." My first half hour was filled with X-rays; and paperwork. After everything was said and done and we found that my insurance wouldn't cover the work, most places would have simply sent me on my way. These people made suggestions for insurance plans, which might cover or help to cover the costs of the work I would need. Altogether, I would say that I felt comfortable with my experience and I would definitely recommend this office to others looking for dentures.

I had an appointment to get a very painful wisdom tooth looked at. I had my appointment confirmed and everything. Showed up to a dark office and only one car in the parking lot but still decided to wait. Called and left a message. Waited some more. Knocked on the door. Called again, no answer. Two other patients showed up. I waited 45 minutes and I randomly was able to catch the lab tech that came out to his car. He said he THINKS they’re closed because of a covid case over the weekend. I understand covid needs to be taken seriously but WHY WOULDNT YOU CALL YOUR PATIENTS TO TELL THEM?? But instead let them take time from their day and time off work to be there and wait for nothing! So awful. Now I need to wait days again with a throbbing tooth to get it looked at by another dentist. I do hope whoever got sick feels better but I am very disappointed. I’m sure all the other patients who had to wait in the parking lot for nothing and find out the same thing can agree.

I have always had a good experience at this office. The hygienist, Alex, is great! She is very thorough and personable, and makes you feel comfortable at all times.

I’ve been to a lot of dental offices trying to find the best office for my needs and so far aspen dental has exceeded my expectations. I have the worst fear of going to the dentist and they talked me down from my anxiety. They have a flexible schedule and work on your time. I highly recommend atleast making an appointment and seeing their welcoming environment and amazing personalities.

I went to Aspen dental because my own dentist left me in pain with a tooth and said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to go see an endodontist and pay everything out of pocket because the endodontist isn't in network with delta dental and I couldn't get in for quite a while and that meant more pain. So I called Aspen dental and they got me in right away. I didn't know what to expect being a new patient but everyone was very nice and helpful. The dentist that I saw was amazing he found there was a crack in the tooth in front of the one that was hurting and said there was probably more than one thing causing my problem. He was right I needed a crown on one and the other one needed to be pulled. My dentist that I had been seeing for years in my opinion was no help at all, this dentist knew me for 10 minutes and took care of everything. It is only fair to say at one point I was in such pain with my tooth I told him to pull it. He said he wasn't sure it was that tooth that needed pulling but possibly the other one. I argued with him trying to get him to pull it but he told me wait until I get my crown on that tooth and then maybe you'll feel that the pain is coming from somewhere else. Thank god I listened to him he was exactly right my crowned tooth was fine and the one behind it needed to get pulled. All I can say is I will be going back to Aspen Dental everyone there is nice, friendly, and they truly want you to feel better. Best dental experience I've ever had they were great.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at this dental office, where I was told I would give some form of medication to calm me down so I would be able to easily go through the procedure. I was not given any and proceeded to nearly have a panic attack in the dental chair. Prior to this event, I had a consultation and x-ray for my wisdom teeth, upon leaving I was told that my first visit was free (I had never been to any Aspen dental prior to my visit). Today I received a bill for that visit in the mail for over $200.

They spent little to no time doing any actual cleaning during my visit. After an hour in the dentist's chair, my teeth were left stained and untreated.

A couple of months ago, I went in to get fitted for partials. When I returned to receive them, adjustments were made, but they still didn't fit. It has taken over a month for them to fit my partials properly with a week in between each visit. When I have gone in for fitting and adjustments, I have asked to be able to wear the partials for a bit to detect any need for adjustments. The staff has said that would be fine, but, when I return for adjustments, they turn me away for lack of time for me. This happened twice. And I live two hours away!

Finally, Dr. Golba's chair-side manner is despicable. He is cold, talks mainly about costs and time, and is concerned about getting people in and out without consideration of the patient who is sitting right in front of him.

The only good element at Aspen is Dave, who makes the partials. He knows what he is doing and listens to the wants of his clients.

Our first visit went well ery friendly and professional staff, only thing I would say is to have something for patients children to do in the lobby. Sometimes you can't find a sitter and a spouse is left waiting in the lobby with the little one. It would have been nice if the supplied a book or something. But the actual service my wife and I received was great. The wait was a little long though, and it's been a little frustrating because they were supposed to call in my prescription to my pharmacy and haven't done so 2 days later.
