I love this dentist and his team. They are very friendly yet professional. They are good at what they do and my kids are comfortable and confident whenever they visit. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I am a delivery driver in the Wyoming area and I was on the lookout for a dentist awhile back. I actually wanted to chose the place that had receptionists that smiled and were kind. Out of about 5 I deliver too bowtie won! Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. They do good work and it’s a always a pleasure to drop in and see the smiles.(even if it’s more like squinty smiling eyes these days😷)

Our family have been patients at Bowtie Dental for 14 years. Dr. Langellier and his assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly. They also use the latest technology when it comes cleaning and dental checkups. Very professional.

A dental practice that may well have written the book on customer satisfaction. I've been a loyal patient of ADC for over 15 years and, although there are many dental health providers much closer to my home, I make the trek across town for the consistently high level of care, friendliness and professionalism I always receive. They are simply good people doing good work.

I had to get some wisdom teeth out not too long ago and I was a little nervous about it, but the dentist and assistants made me feel comfortable and informed. Definitely making Bowtie my go-to dentist now!

I and my children really enjoyed our experience at aesthetic when we went for our appointment! it was like going to a spa for teeth. my daughter continued to talk about the updated xray machine and i continued to talk to my coworker who referred me about it that night as well! i have recommended the place to several people i know. thanks aesthetic

Went for my regular dental cleaning. The staff is top notch and they are always friendly. This office has state of the art technology and uses the newest techniques when taking care of your teeth. I am completely happy trusting them with my dental care!

i have been so so many dentists over my years, and i was so happy to return to this one. i moved around and finally came back to Grand rapids. i was ecstatic to come back to the team. they looked over cavity/treatment plan another dentist did 3 months ago. I wasn't comfortable with the other dentist.
The Dr. and hygienist were able to confirm 1 cavily, find a different filling, and dismiss 2 others as overzealous dentistry.

I now have an affordable wedding plan smile with them over the next year, I LOVE that they have a yearly protection plan option. ITS so much better than no dental insurance. and I'm making my hubby go, for the first time in 8 years.

I had my 6 month cleaning yesterday. X-rays were taken and the hygenist cleaned my teeth ok at best. I'm 48 and very familiar with cleanings. She neglected to floss my teeth or send me home with the usually gift bag of tooth brush, paste and floss. When Dr. Langellier finally did come to check teeth after several waiting periods, he spent only 10 seconds scraping at few teeth. Said all looks good! I have have several problems where the X-ray did not show a cavity but by the time he found them they had to be pulled, crowned or have a root canal. I have had conversation with him saying I didn't think he gave me a real good look over. He got stiff with me and said I always do. They have a list of things they are supposed to do during cleanings but they miss a few. Didn't check for teeth grinding, ( have a very noticeable chip near front they have never asked about) loose or shifting teeth ect...

They had me sign a paper saying there be a $75 fee for not cancelling appt or confirming appt within 48 hours. That is unacceptable to be charged for not confirming appt.

I had a crown put on 6 months ago. I was in so much pain when I left I was in tears. I would think that a caring dentist such as they declare would have done a follow up call to check on me. Never called or asked about this at cleaning yesterday. Took 3 months to be able to eat on it and loose sensitivity...

I also have had three cavities this office did that went bad. Two they refilled for free because it was under warranty, the 3rd was 2 months past warranty and they would not fix for free. No discount offered either. After 3 fillings going bad in a short time doesn't take an expert to conclude it's probably the procedure, not a fault of mine.

Bottom line is being nice and friendly will not help your teeth and the preventative care they need.

Currently looking for a new dentist.

Got a reply next day saying I can call to resolve issues. I CALLED yesterday and they were no help, not interested in trying to keep me, no call back to see if they could fix situation, just let us know where to send records too. Unbelievable!
