Our visit on 10/19/15 was for check ups and cleanings only. As has always been the case regardless of reason for the visit, we were warmly greeted upon arrival, had next to no wait, received thorough and caring treatment. Cannot ask for more! This team of professionals is outstanding and well worth the three hour drive time each way that we invest for our visits.

I was told I would be seen by their in-network provider that works with my insurance, so that my preventive care would be 100 percent covered. They ended up filing the wrong complaint and even though I saw the correct doctor they said I saw the other one and now my insurance won’t cover for that. When I called the girl on the phone was short with me and said there was nothing they could do even though it was their mistake. I can’t believe the dishonesty of this place. I will never be back, now I have to spend time figuring all this out when it could have been prevented in the first place if they did they’re job correctly.

Julie, my dental hygentist is an absolute pleasure. She is kind, thoughtful, and truly caring of her patients. It had been over 6 months since I last saw her, and talking with her was like visiting with a lifelong friend. The dentists are both always awesome as well!

I love bow tie dental I’m really scared of dentist for year.. my anxiety will get real bad but the dentist there were very nice to me talked calmly..very forward and what they’re going to do to you making you feel comfortable.. and insured you everything will be good.. i’ve never had that experience with a dentist before I love the place love the people that work there are very nice people.. I would definitely recommend people to go there.. and I am very very happy with the results...
