I almost never leave reviews but feel like I have to on this one. I have always gone to the same dentist but since we moved to Andover our old dentist is an hour away so I tried this dental office. They are very friendly and nice however, I was told I had 7 cavities and quoted about $850 to get them all filled. I was very confused as I go every six months to the dentist and haven’t had even one cavity in years. My teeth were not sensitive or painful at all (which if I had 7 cavities I would assume something would). I decided to get a second opinion at my previous dental office where he did x-rays and went through each tooth with me. He said I have 1 cavity. 1! And would have no idea where another dentist would even think I have any more than that one. I was so frustrated that they would try and charge me that amount of money and drill into my teeth when it was not necessary. I will not be returning to this dental practice and caution others to get a second opinion. Saved me $850!

I had part of a filling fall out and knew it would either need replacing or a crown fitting as it was quite a large filling in the first place. I was super nervous and quite panicky about having any work done since I had previously had a bad experience at another surgery but Dentist Milos and his assistant Shelby were amazing. They talked through the procedure for me having a crown fitted and gave me plenty of numbing injections. On further investigation of the tooth being crowned, it was in fact more decayed under the filling than first thought so a removal was necessary. Milos gave me a few more injections for the removal and talked to me the whole way through whilst Shelby gave me some reassuring words and made me feel comfortable. Both have extremely gentle hands when working. Within 10 minutes the tooth was out. I've since been in minimal pain and plan to return for further treatment. The lady at the reception was also super friendly and great, and gave me a breakdown of costs before any procedures took place. Extremely happy I went to this dental practice!

I used to see Dr. Milos at another office. He is so kind and gentle. He always does a good job explaining procedures. This office is much nicer and the prices are better than the one he used to be at which is a super bonus!
All the gals are so nice and welcoming here too. I would definitely recommend going to this office!

Twin Cities Dental of Andover is the only place I trust for my dental care! Judy is the best hygienist - professional and truly cares about her patients. She’s gentle, warm and makes you feel relaxed the entire appointment! The entire staff is welcoming and really takes the time to get to know their patients. I love this place.! All staff and Dr Miles is Awesome. Make you as comfortable as can be. Had a root canal yesterday , did great and still doing great now. No pain 😷😀

I got my teeth cleaned today by Judy, she is super nice she listens to your concerns and is just one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I got my teeth checked by Dr.Milos he is nice and he is very good at his job. I 110% recommend twin cities dental in Andover. Those are just the people who cleaned my teeth all the rest of the staff are also super nice and friendly.

I recently had a great experience at Twin Cities Dental in Andover. They quoted me a price for an implant to replace a broken bridge, that was half the price quoted by my regular dentist. As it turned out, I had them replace with a new bridge, as, due to a change in circumstances, my insurance was running out, and I didn't have time for the implant. They completed the new bridge very quickly, at a very reasonable price. The service was friendly, efficient and professional. I've never had a better customer experience!
