This is the best dentistry I've ever been to in my entire life. I don't get scolded, I don't feel like my mouth has been picked to shreds when I leave, and I don't get told I need to have cavities fixed when I don't need to, like other dentist I've been to in the past have done. Plus the staff is super friendly.

I mostly liked the staff here and their customer service but didn't care for Dr Ling at all. After 3 appointments with him within a 2 month span, I found him to be smarmy and insincere. Also he did a poor job with my crown and when I mentioned the concerns, he made excuses for his work saying it was fine.

I had been a patient for about two decades but the completely botched a repair on a chipped tooth. Now my smile is crooked and my teeth don’t align up making it difficult to bite down. I asked to have it corrected but they refused saying it’s normal. It’s really unfortunate after being a patient for so long but now I have to find a new dentist and pay to undo the damage.
