Park Dental Blaine

Rude!
On the weekend... I read the reviews and even took it with a grain of salt that there were negative marks for rude office associates.
Well, I took the time to fill out all the information to pre-register for my whole family.
An office associate called the next morning (this past Monday) to ask what insurance I had – even though it was on all the forms I filled out, for each family member!
I mentioned that I have State of MN Insurance plan, as I work for the State of MN – she stated that they are not taking any more of those. She then asked for my family members names so she could delete the paperwork. Then said Ok bye.
Well, I double checked and my Insurance plan is State of MN Dental Plan through Delta Dentists. I work for the State of MN. I checked twice, and it lists Park Dental as a Delta PPO provider.
I will be calling State of MN benefits and Delta Dental to complain about Park Dental customer service.
I guess you just do not want State of MN workers going there…

I rarely have a service experience that causes me to write a review like this but it must be done. In short I had scheduled two of my kids for appointments one Saturday morning the first kid at 8:30 and the other at 9:30am. I arrived 10 min late for the first appointment and I was told at the reception desk that both kids were scheduled at 8:30am. I told the receptionist that each child was scheduled separately. She pointedly said that she cannot see either of them. She had no remorse or even tried to make arrangements to get at least of the kids in for the check up.

I am sorry I have to write this but you simply cannot change the appointment times without telling the patient. its clear they double booked and tried to squeeze two kids into half hour time frame.

The most concerning park about the whole experience is that they just didn't care or recognize that they made a mistake and just pushed us out the door.

Thought this was a caring clinic until one day my daugter was trying to help a single mom out at her work that needed to be at her First day of preschool, so since no one else who take this single moms shift my daughter at the last moment said she would take her shift, we call the clinic that morning and explained the situation, not only did they NOT care and the receptionist VERY RUDE to me on the phone acting like my daughter was a terrible person for missing this appt, they proceeded to charge me a ridiculous bill for her not making the appt!!! I refused to pay it and stopped going there. I used to refer friends to this place, Now i take every opportunity to tell people that whereever they go to NEVER go to Park Dental in Blaine. I work for a major Medical group in the area and we would never do this to a patient. i get alot of requests if i knew dentists in the area, and i make sure to tell my story. Shame on you Park Dental....

Front desk requested patient to pay right after the appointment, clinic should wait until claim is processed through Delta Dental MN then bill patient the correct dollar amount for patient's share. How can this clinic know the patient's responsible amount without the insurance company approving the amount for the service that was performed? Clinics always submit higher amount, insurance company adjusts it for approved amount and insurance company figures out the patient's responsible dollar amount on the statement of benefits. Park dental is doing unethical dental billing practice. BEWARE!!! Check your bill.

The receptionist I talked to today was extremely rude. She was not helpful and one of the rudest receptionist I ever spoken with. It is always difficult to get in for an appointment at this clinic as well. My family has been coming here for years, but now we will be going somewhere else. I would not recommend Park Dental to anyone!

Been there for 34 years. They have been good for me. But only one mistake there goes all your "that a boy awards " great job.

Rude receptionist. Will not allow you to be seen if they don’t accept your insurance but you’re willing to pay out of pocket for an emergency! Will def make the drive to a better dentist.

I've been to A LOT of Dentists in my lifetime...Dr. Sally Darling is as good a Dentist as you'll ever want or need. Excellent work, professional. Cares about doing it right!

I called to schedule an appointment. The lady who had answered was very rude. Instead of asking for my DOB she read the DOB to me. Also, she was reading notes that were documented in my chart from years ago. PLEASE read the dates before asking me irrelevant questions!
