My children and I were patients of Gentle Dentistry in New Hope for 3/4 years and we never had a bad experience nor complaint. Our original dentist switched locations but we decided to stay at the New Hope location. Our first visit after him leaving was a different experience. I was told that my current fills needed to be replaced. Kylie and the dental hygienist helping her gave me the worst experience of my life. I’m still suffering complications from this visit that occurred at the beginning of December 2021. After requesting to follow our dentist. We were dismissed from the entire company and can no longer be seen at any location. All because Kylie gave very bad service and caused me to have a panic attack that was handled very well on my end.

The dentist was very knowledgeable and very straightforward with me about the work that needed to be done I would recommend them highly

They got me in right away to fix an emergency filling. Kylah and Sheryl were both so awesome and did such a great job on the filling it's better than it was before and my teeth look great. Very blessed to have found this place!

I had an extraction of one of my bicuspids last Thursday. It went very well and they were able to remove the tooth without breaking it and having to do a surgical extraction. The effort they gave to make sure that I did not experience any pain was excellent. While I believe that it is rather expensive, I also believe that you get what you pay for. In this situation I received my moneys worth. It is now a week later and my gums are healing rather well.

Dr. Bilini is a tooth wizard! She is the best dentist I've ever had!

A very friendly and comfortable place to go. Thank you for such great service!

Very pleasant staff. I was able to stay and get a filling repaired on same day, instead of having to come back. I love seeing female dentists.

ANYTHING BUT GENTLE! This place is awful. The women working at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. They seem to have an attitude problem when speaking with me. It’s not difficult to pick up on which leads me to believe they do not care how they are treating you.

Also, they never seem to be on schedule. Pretty much every time I have gone there I am late getting back to work. This last time really takes the cake, though. Shouldn’t have gone back.

I should say that the various hygienists are always very nice and sweet and helpful.

Had a molar pulled this past Friday. They told me I shouldn’t need to take time off from work for this. Luckily I knew better, and decided to take it off anyway. The extraction took almost 1.5 hours. It was really terrible. I had called the day before to ask about measures we could take for the appointment because I was feeling very stressed about having my first tooth pulled. The woman at the front desk told me “oh he’s so good and gentle at this, you’ll be fine.” I felt this was dismissive, but okay.

He got started 30 minutes late. Numbed me with Novocaine and that’s it. No help with the anxiety even though I had asked in advance. In fact, he was humming a happy tune as he proceeded to yank and pull to get the tooth out. It was kind of disturbing, honestly, that he was in such a chipper mood for this. Like I know it’s your job, but humming along while someone is experiencing intense trauma in your chair is pretty weird and insensitive. I am like writhing and crying and he’s just humming along.

Also the last 2 times I’ve had more intense appointments, the Dr. doesn’t say anything to wrap up the time with me. I imagine he is rushing to the next patient who has probably been waiting a while since they seem to frequently overbook their appointments.

I called today (Tuesday) to say that I was still experiencing a lot of pain. Woman on the phone said that is completely normal—even though they had initially told me I wouldn’t even need to take the rest of the day off on Friday immediately following the procedure. She said if it still hurts tomorrow, I should I be seen. I told her the ibuprofen they told me to take copious amounts of is messing up my stomach. She said the state doesn’t allow them to give any kind of pain meds, but most people I have spoken with say they at least got nitrous during the appointment to help the anxiety. This was never offered to me. Now I am sitting in urgent care and am on my 3rd day of missed work. Dr. said it is infected and gave me antibiotics and some pain meds. Thank god someone
I was able to help me. Sadly, this place had nothing to do with fixing my unfortunate situation. In addition, since my mouth was open for so long during the appointment, I have a terrible sore on the corner of my mouth. Could they have used some Vaseline for that? Have they no attention to detail?

Will never go back here. ITS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

"Hi" was awesome at cleaning my teeth. It didn't hurt a bit! 😁 Dr. Reitz was also very professional and made several wonderful recommendations that I'm going to follow-up on. 😊 ***** (5 stars)
