While their facilities are certainly adequate and professional, the treatment is not. More than once I came for an annual checkup and was told the dentist just wasn't in that day; did I want to return when they were, or just have them review the x-rays? No patient should have to regularly make that choice. On occasions when the dentist was in, they never addressed me directly/personally, just said a few things about my teeth, look at them for a couple minutes, and then left the room. The office is also usually booked at least 4 months in advance, which is so far ahead I have more than once forgotten about the appointment and failed to plan around it adequately, which they blamed me for; ok, I'm partly responsible for this, but when I switched to Health Partners I was able to regularly schedule appointments a week after calling, removing any danger of forgetting the time or having unexpected family emergencies make it impossible for me to make the appointment. I understand that they mainly (only?) take state insurance patients at a lower-than-standard rate, but Health Partners is an available alternative and they don't have this problem, so why can't TD get their act together as well and provide better service?

I am terrified of going to the dentist however once I can’t in I was treated so well. I had two teeth extractions by doctor Nwokocha and I absolutely adore how fast and gentle he was. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone!!!! I’ll definitely be back’!!!!

I've been going here a little over 5 months. Every time I have gone something new has gone wrong with my teeth. Literally they have caused me so many dental issues not to mention their outrageous prices the staff are not very friendly. The dentist himself literally doesn't say two words to you he does his work and walks out. I am so upset I have had such a bad experience with them. . I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I despise this place. But it's the only dentist in the area that will take new patients with county insurance. I wait over half an hour each time even with an appointment. And the people that sit in the waiting room are rude and loud. The receptionists dont care about anything and schedule you for times that arent available or that all fillings will be done in one appointment.

The assistants are nice and considerate and the DR works quick and efficiently, but he is very busy. None of the staff introduce themselves, I waited numb for half an hour because they overbooked I assumed, and then had to switch rooms because their equipment didnt work.

I went there over a year ago and couldn't wait to get my teeth pulled and get my dentures....well I got my teeth pulled...6 months later my dentures.. horrible experience. They made them out of fiber glass and off set....still can't wear them.. now they won't even see me to fix them......

There is no place to sit in the waiting room. Appointments are scheduled out 4 months to get a filling done, and when you try to call their main line it tells you that their "mailbox is full" and it took me over an hour and a half to finally get a real person on the phone to let them know that the filing they did for my daughter was giving her major pain for the last week!

This dental office is horrible! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I once came for a cleaning but, they did not call me to tell me that my dentist was out of office that day. I drove a half an hour to get there, they told me I could see the other dentist who was in office because her appointment for the same time did not show up. 15 minutes later I had to leave because her late client finally came. The staff is not friendly, everything felt very rushed, and it takes months to make an appointment. Save yourself the pain and go to a different dentist.

If you have MA and need a dentist go to deer wood it’s worth the drive. This is the worst dental establishment I’ve ever been to. Had no pain or sensitivity before I got these two fillings. Now it’s agony to eat or drink. The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional and proceeded to complain that he had to do fillings that day while doing mine! He was very rough and I could tell he rushed through it. When I had my fillings at deerwood they were polite and no pain. Now they wanna charge me to correct what they messed up. Never going here again!

Crystal the manager there very unprofessional and rude to patients don’t want to even pass message to the doctor, never seen a rude dental hygienist like her. Someone needs to train their staff on how to provide quality care to their patients there. Very sad

I went in for a check up in September. I was told I needed cavities filled and had those done however I was in a lot of pain in my jaw and tooth where they did the fillings and it was due to an improper filling. I called them when I was in a lot of pain and was crying on my floor and they said they couldn’t see me for three weeks and so I went to a new dentist and that dentist told me I needed a root canal. Now a few days later my gum on my other side of my mouth is now infected and the other tooth is in a lot of pain as well.
