Pricey, when insurance don't cover. The assistant ate very rude, especially the long blonde hair lady. She is the rudest , very mean and stuck up person there. If you do go, the blonde is there for her paycheck only. When I was have trouble with my tooth , she told well insurance don't cover, and said it's my problem not hers! I understand that it's my tooth, but laughing at me and saying that was very hurtful and felt very sad

UPDATE: So this place can close their doors for the day due to weather without even a phone call letting patients know their appointments have been canceled, BUUUUT if you call the day of your appointment to cancel because of weather, they mark it against you in your chart, and it's 2 strikes you're out?! Seriously!? What kind of place IS THIS?!!
And I even called on a Monday. I'd have called Saturday or Sunday but they weren't there AND they don't bother to have an answering machine set up. Meanwhile they keep billing my insurance company every time I come in to have them fix things that they screwed up. I'm about ready just to pay out of pocket for my dental care somewhere else that doesn't screw people over!

I'll start with the positive first:
The staff is friendly, and usually do their best to make sure you're comfortable during procedures, giving you a break if your jaw hurts, rinsing your mouth out if you need, or even giving more novocaine.
I've had fewer problems with the female doctor. I'm generally in less pain when she does work than when the male doctor works on my teeth, and she seems to know what she's talking about more than he does, though he is very nice and caring.
As far as the negative though...
I've had a number of bad experiences here, and because of things they've done wrong or missed, I've had to come back almost every month since August 2017. They've messed up fillings and had to redo one of them twice now. I had to come back for them to smooth out fillings they put in because I couldn't floss. They completely missed a large cavity, saying there wasn't one there when they didn't even poke at it. I wasn't able to get it fixed until much later when I went back in and forced them to do the filling after seeing my oral surgeon who told me it needed to be filled soon or I could lose the tooth if it got worse.
My last appointment there was a mixture of good and bad. I took a dangerous drive in through a snow storm on bad roads just to find out they were closed and didn't call any patients. However, I was able to get in the next day, which was nice. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to get another appointment. When I was seen, the first dentist that came in told me I didn't have any cavities, not even in the tooth that really hurt. Then he left and the other dentist came in, and she told me I had two cavities that I needed to schedule to get fixed.

I was a walk-in today, after my paperwork was turned in I was called back shortly after. Everyone was incredibly nice and talented. I had a cleaning and 1 wisdom tooth removed. I was properly numbed and when they said they were finished I thought they were joking. It was expertly done and non-painful (well as much as possible cuz now it hurts!) I will definitely be returning for further dental needs and would highly recommend them.

DO NOT LET THEM DO EXTRACTIONS! I had a nightmare butcher-like experience that totally counteracted any positive feedback once given.

How many of you were paid to give them a 5 star? This places sucks. I arrived 20 mins early with my 5 year old (he had the appt) and still wasn't seen until about 30 mins after I was scheduled. The waiting room was dingy, the staff was rude (pretty much blew me off when I asked how much longer I'd be waiting). After the hygienist saw us and cleaned my kid's teeth, THEN they told us that the dentist wasn't in and we'd have to schedule another visit.

The worst most unprofessional place ever. DO NOT GO! You’re pretty much in a hall with walls dividing other people but NO DOORS you can hear people crying cursing gagging drills etc. and the dentist just moved room to room. Got my tooth removed dentist just walks right out and they have me go to the lobby wait then give me papers, I walked out bawling, Complete joke. If I could rate less I would.

I went in to get work done my back two teeth on the right side. I told them the pain was in between my teeth and that was the only thing I wanted address because I went 3 years with abscessed top teeth on the left side which messed with my trigeminal nerve and the pain and symptoms were the same. The first appointment was scheduled and I waited almost an hour after the scheduled time. Then after I was in they said there was nothing wrong with those teeth but I had a 5 fillings in other teeth. Went back to do that and the dentist I saw then RUSHED through them. All of them. She was not taking care to make sure they were done right and it was obviously to me. She then proceeded to put a filling in a spot of one the problem teeth that was not the area of concern. NONE of those fillings she put in stayed in. I have been to many dentists and have never EVER had that happen in my entire life. I now have 5 separate holes in 5 separate teeth that I'm almost positive that didn't need it. I am going to have to get 3 teeth pulled as a result of them ignoring the fact that I knew what was happening with the teeth I actually needed addressed and now problems with the teeth they screwed up. It's disgusting the lack of care or concern these people have. It's more about fitting as many people in as possible than it is about actually doing things correctly. Go ANYWHERE else.

I called for a cleaning, went in they took x-rays so they can get that insurance money and then it locks me in to only be able to see them, they didn't do a cleaning and told me to schedule one, I go to schedule one and apparently are not scheduling cleanings, so I have to keep calling in to see when I can schedule a cleaning, finally I can schedule a month and a half out, the day came my apt was at 9:30am and they call at 9:07 to say they need to reschedule and now I have to wait over a month again! This place just wants the insurance money and does not seem to care about the patients.

Went in for a cleaning. They only took exrays.. The dentist never even talked to me. The lady was rude and informative. They only want to put in crowns. And when i asked them to do a cleaning. They informed me that i would have to make another appointment. When i asked questions on why they could not do the exrays and cleaning at the same time ( like other dentist offices) they said that is how they do it. They need to know what level cleaning you need. When they did not answer the questions they said that i was to much trouble and can not be seen again. They also threatend to call the police on me. Just for asking questions. This place is all about getting money from the insurance. And they don't care about how they treat their patients. What kind of dental office does not have a dental hygienist in the office? They take your exrays and then say we can no longer see you. If i could i would give this place negative stars.. Don't go there... They are just using the patients to get the insurance information, to charge for the exrays. Then they don't want to see you anymore.

Today i went to the place to get my teeth pulled out and fillings...
Keena was amazing. She was very patient and kind. Tried her best to get me comfortable and because i had communication barrier she was able to figure when i needed something. Amazing woman... And the dentist...i dont know his name but he was patient. Allowed me to have numerous of breaks. I explained to them i had very severe ptsd and anxiety with people touching me and feeling trapped. The dentist and keena always offered few min breaks so i could breathe and get myself together. I was there for little over 2 hours for an hour appointment. Im amazed with how they treated me.

Thank you today dental
