From the time I walked into Premier Dental , I knew that I would enjoy my visit. It’s clean, fresh, and the employees are so friendly. I had Ms. Melissa to conduct my cleaning , x-rays, and exams . She was so sweet and genuine. I met Dr. Tubb, he was very nice . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS dentist office. Thank you for making me and my brother’s first visit pleasant.

I received excellent care. The staff from front to back were very professional and compassionate. The dental hygienist, Melissa, took her time with me and explained everything she was doing in detail. When Dr Tubbs came in, he was very friendly and thorough. He PO coordinated my care so I can have my issues resolved immediately. By far, one of the best dental experiences I have had.

The staff is so friendly and nice. They tell you upfront how much something will cost with your insurance and will tell you what your insurance won't pay for it. The hygienist will walk you through step by step of everything they have to do and will explain what the problem areas are.

Everyone is so nice and so friendly. Love going there. Always have been very clean even before covid. I did, however question tech touching what went into my mouth between each x-ray. She left the room and came back, never changed gloves was touching every thing and putting it back in my mouth.

I went in for a biannual cleaning that my insurance covers 100 percent. Wound up having full x-rays not needed since I had X-rays 3 years before. But since insurance covered it, they insisted. Finally got my cleaning... Lol. The most non existent teeth cleaning I have ever had.

They did however, recommend that I come back for two other thorough cleanings at my expense. This was not covered by insurance. Cleaning used to mean thorough cleaning!!!

When Dr Lamberth was there, it was a great place. I have been 3 times since he has left and all they do is try to keep you coming back for services that aren't covered by insurance.

They have owed me a credit for 4 years and won't pay me. They just keep trying to get me to agree to unnecessary procedures to add my credit to

While the staff is extremely friendly and the facility is immaculate, there is an issue with their billing department. I don't feel like they do their job when it comes to filing claims. They need serious help. They asked me to pay an amount and thankfully I did not because I knew what my coverage was. They charged my Husband for Fluoride treatment of which my policy covered( they had seen me previously and notated it for me) yet they made him pay. Simple mistake, so I let that go. Well, today I find that he had to pay a balance for when we had his teeth cleaned.. Interesting because I didn't have one and got my teeth cleaned the week before him . After doing some digging, I found that it was a billing error. Imagine that! Instead of reaching out to us like a respectable business would do they demand payment and my Husband not knowing any better paid a portion of it( He also questioned why the insurance did not pay and was told it just didn't- no explanation given or research offered). The kicker was that they wanted $400 to pull a tooth(with insurance) and that's not the entire cost- that's just what they would accept in order to pull it. He has paid completely out of pocket before and only paid $100 with another local Dentist. Price gouging at it's finest. I've dealt with a lot of insurance companies and am a licensed agent myself and I've never seen so many issues. It's sad because this business has a lot of potential but will likely never reach peak due to these internal issues. Educating your employees is worth it's weight in gold. This business just lost two customers merely because their billing department is uneducated and unwilling to go the extra mile.

I always have an amazing experience with them every appointment. I'm so glad I switched over to Premier Dental. They take really great care of your teeth and you as a person as well. It's hard to find a dentist family who truly cares for their patients.

The hygienist was very efficient and reduced my stress. The office staff handled the insurance issues seamlessly, my out of pocket cost was less than $4.00. The new patient welcome bag was a pleasant surprise. The time spent with the Dentist was brief as one would hope. He asked me what my goals were and they aimed to give me what I needed. Highly recommend this for your dental needs.

Wonderful! Staff was so kind and welcoming. It’s been years since I was last at a Dentist but I was never once made to feel bad about it. I was walked through the game plan to get me back on track, and I was given all information I could possibly need.

Wonderful personnel. Rachel was very happy and bubbly! Made for a fun visit.

Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating to this mom of two kids I sometimes have to bring in to my ortho appointments. They're always timely and efficient. Dr. Huggins is great too! Very friendly and fast! I feel confident with all the experience he has and would recommend 100%. I love this office!
