I didn’t have to wait long and the office was very clean. The staff made sure I understood everything they were about to do before it happened concerning X-rays, pictures, measurements, and cleaning -which was relieving because I have some anxiety surrounding the dentist. The staff also took care to explain treatment options thoroughly and asked whether or not I had any questions multiple times. I felt very seen and taken care of. I feel good about receiving treatment and future check-ups from this office because the environment is clean and the staff took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening.

Our insurance listed them as a provider in our network. However from the very first visit there has been confusion and/or incorrect charges/fees/ co-pays issues at EVERY SINGLE VISIT!!!!.
They've told me I owe co-pays for services my insurance pays 100%. They've wanted payment for fluoride treatment for my myself and not husband even though our insurance covers 100%. I have had to go back in and get a credit card refund from them for charging me what my insurance covers. No one seems to know what insurance covers, how much i do or do not owe. That's been 2 years now!! I have just begun Clear Correct and my first alignment trays do not fit correctly. As per usual, it has been a complete billing/payment debacle. We paid our portion in full several weeks ago. Our insurance pays a portion. My insurance stated to us that they pay 50% for Clear Correct. However the office said they pay much less, making the amount they want from us more. Today as I was leaving they stopped me asking for the remaining amount they were supposed to bill my insurance for! They seemed to have completely forgotten about my insurance. No one had made notes in my file. They even asked me to call my insurance company to get them their payment! Billing and Insurance is not my occupation/profession/expertise, it's not my job. I actually think it's a good idea however, as their is a difference between the amount they say the insurance is paying them and the amount the insurance company told us they were paying. So I may have overpaid and be due a refund?
This is more than irritating! It's total incompetence.
The hygienist is very pleasant, although I have had much better, more thorough cleanings in the past. My opinion on the Clear Correct is still out. The first trays do not fit correctly, so hopefully this will get resolved quickly.

The atmosphere of the place is very friendly, the doctor was very clear and concise with what needed to be done. The Vist was quick aswell; overall 10/10 would get teeth checked there again.

I would highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs! They have a great friendly staff and a very welcoming environment. I never been so comfortable at a dentist office. My hygienist ( Kelsie) is the best if the best !!!
