Rachel was extremely awesome and very friendly. She was thorough with my exam as well as explaining what was going on. Dr. Williams (I believe that was his name) gave me multiple options that showed his level of care. The atmosphere here was so peaceful, positive, and inviting. I’ve definitely found my new dentist office.

The absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had. Sweetest hygienists and assistants! Front office personnel were extremely helpful and kind. Never once made me feel badly for letting so many years pass without seeking dental care. My dental office anxieties were put to ease with this lovely group.

I’m horrible with dentist but they make sure you’re calm and they talk you through every process. They stop often to give breaks which is amazing.
I moved 4 hours away recently but always drive back here for them to do my work. Love these folks!

The dental staff is great, friendly and accommodating. They will go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and they have done great work so far. Unfortunately the care coordinator Nancy is not as friendly or accommodating, and always seems to go out of her way to make a snide comment. I attempted to overlook this aspect of my visits a few times, only this seems to be her normal. Whether questioning about my BCBS dental coverage or trying to clear up a miscommunication about appointments Nancy is answers with short and curt answers. Then there is the side eye and distain in her face when speaking with me. I still always respond with respect and courtesy but I’ve grown tired of it. When you have a great experience with the clinicians, and then end up in front of her desk only to be reprimanded for billing questions and scheduling inquiries, I always leave feeling chastised.
