This is the second time I’ve been to the office. I just came in to get my mouth guard. Everyone was as friendly as the first time. I was in and out quickly and was on my way. Great service. Business could take lessons from you guys.

I showed up for mine and my son’s appointment and was told they had messed up our appointments and that we could reschedule. Never mind the fact that I took off work and had taken my son out of school. Not even an apology. That’s pathetic that a business is ran so poorly.
