Charged me 200 for a five minute visit for X-rays that I didn’t even get referred to a proper oral surgeon. Oral surgeon never gave me a call. Oral surgeon never received referral from this dentist. I had to call and schedule an entire different appointment with oral surgeon. Wasn’t even the oral surgeon they referred!

Customer service was excellent, EVERYONE was friendly. I called them at 3pm with an emergency and they had me in the office at 4pm. Considering I'm a new client and had never been there before i was impressed!

I went in with pain from one and possibly two teeth. After evaluation it was determined I had cavities that needed expensive repair work, a simple filling wouldn’t do. I do have insurance but my out of pocket was still more than I could afford. I’m 65 years old and only have about half my teeth left so I requested them just pull the tooth that was giving me the most trouble. The Doctor refused, saying she couldn’t in good conscious pull a tooth that could be repaired. Evidently her conscious had no issues with allowing me to leave the office to deal with the pain that will only get worse. If I can’t find anyone to remove the tooth I suppose I’ll just have to wait for infection to set in and go to the ER. So make sure if you use this office you have excellent insurance or the ability to pay big bucks for your treatment. Now for those of you who say I should have had this treated earlier, I was under the care of another dentist and knew I had cavities. He was also going to replace two teeth for me, again for a huge fee, and kept telling me we would do the cavities after we did the tooth replacements. It’s all about the money.

I’ve had 3 consultations over the same tooth, well actually 2 side by side. This dentist don’t know which one he should pull trying to get me to figure it out and force me to go somewhere else to get a root canal. Then, after than dentist tells him which tooth it is, he will put it. So, I made my mind up as to which one needs to come out and he wanted to do a tapping test, AGAIN. It wasn’t bothering me at the moment. Told me he was not going to pull it after the 3rd visit. I won’t go back unless he is gone. Dr. Tubbs
